WHAT HAD SHE WANTED ALL ALONG? sometimes they thought it was money, so much money her greedy hands would still want more. but other times they thought it was romance, enough men to keep her satisfied, but still not enough to keep her settled down. but really inside her, she knew the true answer, even with all the worlds riches that was in her fingertips - she was empty. she was trapped, not allowed to be the person she desperately wanted to be - instead she was forced to conform, keep a good appearance, shut up and stay quiet, be seen and not heard. with a plane ticket in her hand, and $20 dollars in her pocket, she pledged to never be that girl ever again, the girl that just sat still, quiet. she pledged to be someone loud but not with her words, but with her actions. she promised herself she would make a difference and follow the voice that called out to her.
