**Harry’s POV**

I adjusted my navy blue blazer and ran a hand through my barely-dry hair. I was meeting my girl tonight…At this restaurant, it was an easy relationship; brought together by none other than Zayn Malik himself.

The girl’s name was Sophia. We had been dating for about five months now, mainly we would just stay at her apartment or mine to avoid the paps…I honestly didn’t care, but apparently she thought we needed to get out more. Hey! I was comfortable just sitting at home and relaxing, but NOOO apparently she won’t let me do that anymore.

Plus it would have been a little awkward with that girl…Alchemy? Uhh strange name, strange girl. The only reason I accepted her as my roommate was because she had a job; so she could pay half of the rent…And she was a girl. What can I say? I’m only human!

She was cute, too. But her attitude stung. But maybe if I got to know her a little better…

Harry, STOP. You’re thinking about to spend the evening with your GIRLFRIEND. You have GOT to stop thinking about the bitch at home.

“Harry!” I heard someone squeal behind me. I spun around and came face to face with the tall blonde I had been waiting all night to see.

“Hey babe,” I whispered, pressing our lips together quickly. I pulled out her chair for her to sit and then quickly took my seat across from her.

“I missed you, love,” She said smiling.

I couldn’t help but smile back; “Missed you, too, Soph,”

We had made it halfway through dinner before things started to get awkward.

“So,” She started, slowly taking a sip from her wine, “I saw a picture this morning;”

I laughed, “I see pictures everyday,”

Sophia narrowed her eyes at me. Clearly this wasn’t a joking matter. “I saw a picture this morning of a girl…A red-head, leaving your flat….Care to explain?”

I should have known. The paparazzi stalked my every move. OF COURSE they would print out whatever they could get their greasy hands on.

“She’s my new roommate, Soph.” I said, trying to calm down my obviously irritated girlfriend. “Nothing more. I just met her face to face this morning.”

Sophia nodded, and we sat in silence for a while before leaving.

“Harry,” She sighed, looking down at her hands, fiddling with her car keys, “I think we should break up…”

My jaw dropped, “What!?! Why!?!”

Sophia wouldn’t look me in the eyes, she kept her gaze at her hands, “Because, Harry…” I could see her start to cry. I had to work damage control. And fast.

“Soph, I’m sorry! If you don’t want the girl there,” I started.

She held her hand up, cutting me off, “Harry,”

“I’ll kick her out! Or…Or…” I ran a hand through my hair, thinking.

“Harry, Stop.”

“Or you could move in,”

“Harry, there’s someone else, Okay?!? She practically screamed at me.

I stepped back, my eyes widening. “Wh-What? H-How long?”

Sophia looked at me, straight in the eyes, “Four months,”

Four. Months.

She…No…

I closed my eyes, breaking all contact hers had with mine. “Go.” I said, pointing at her car. “Just. Go. Now.”

I stalked back to my car and drove home. Hoping that maybe Alchemy was asleep and she wouldn’t be awake to see me drown my anger out with good ol’ whiskey.

...

Unfortunately for me; she was.
