Chapter 5.
Fifteen minutes later, Niall, Liam and Louis burst through the door and leapt on Harry, practically tackling him to the couch. They all tried to console their heartbroken friend, trying to make him smile.
Alchemy hid in her room, keeping to herself. She wasn’t a people person. She didn’t open up to others at all. She hated being social.
“So where is this new lady,” Louis asked eagerly, looking around the apartment.
“You mean the Queen of Bitches?” Harry snapped, coldly.
“Um, yeah?” Louis smirked. He wanted to meet her, even if Harry didn’t like her, maybe there wasn’t a total bitch inside of her.
“Fine,” Harry scowled, “ALCHEMY!” He stood up and walked down to her room; knocking on the wall as he went, “Alchemy!” He pounded on the door with his hand, almost hitting the girl in the face when it flung open.
“What!” She screamed furiously, “What the fuck do you want!?!”
Harry’s face fell, his mouth forming an ‘o’, “Um…Come meet my friends?”
“No.” Alchemy said, slamming the door in Harry’s face.
“Wow…” Liam muttered, “Can I try?”
Harry shrugged, “Its your balls on the line, mate,”
Liam nodded and walked down the hall slightly tapping on Alchemy’s door.
It swung open with a brisk force, “Fuck Off Ha—…” Her eyes widened, taking in the boy who stood before her, “Oh…I’m s-sorry,” She stuttered.
Liam smiled, “Its fine…” He lowered his voice, “He kinda gets on my nerves sometimes, too,” He said, winking.
“I heard that, Payne!” Harry hollered from where he sat on the couch.
Alchemy giggled, “Well…Um…Bye,” She said, moving to close the door.
Liam stuck his foot out and stopped the door from closing, “Not so fast, Miss. I believe you were invited to join us?” Alchemy rolled her eyes and shrugged, making Liam continue, “Don’t wanna be rude, do you?”
Alchemy laughed, “Rude? Puh-lease, that’s my middle name,”
It was Liam’s turn to roll his eyes, “Whatever, you’re coming with me,” He grabbed her hand and pulled her out into the living room.
“Guys, this is Alchemy,” Harry said in a flat voice, “My new roommate.”
Niall looked over at Louis and smirked, watching as Louis mouthed, ‘She’s Fit,’ Niall couldn’t agree more. The girl who stood before them was extremely attractive. Even Liam and Zayn found her beautiful.
Harry, on the other hand, couldn’t see past her attitude to notice.
“Hello!” Alchemy beamed, smiling brightly and waving.
“Why hello there,” Louis said, standing up and bowing slightly, causing Alchemy to giggle and roll her eyes, “They call me Louis, The Tommo, Tomlinson. But since you’re a nice looking girl, you can call me whenever you want,” He winked and sat back down.
“Worst. Pickup Line. Ever.” Alchemy laughed, taking a seat next to Liam on the couch.
Liam smiled, “I’m Liam,” He held his hand out for her to shake; which she did, lightly.
Niall hopped out of the chair he was seated in and wrapped Alchemy in a giant hug, “I’m Niall!” He bellowed, flouncing back into the chair.
“We’ve already met,” Zayn said, laughing.
“That we have,” Alchemy chuckled, tracing the flowery print on her dress with her hand.
She was awkward around people.
Especially attractive boys.
She was even worse when there were four of them in one room.
And then there was Harry.
Ick.
