"Hello, can I sit here?" Eddie turned his head to find a girl with fire red hair that looked as if it was on fire. She had freaked scattered across her face but not as much as Eddie. She had a skin tone that was between pale and tan.
"Sure..." Eddie replied but then he wanted to give an explanation, because he didn't want to seem weak when he already was small enough "I mean I don't see anyone else so, yeah."
"Awesome! Is it okay if I bring a friend over here?"
"Yeah Go ahead." Eddie replied crossing his arms over his chest. His mum hadn't really wanted Eddie to go to Hogwarts with all her 'Using wands give you cancer, Eddie' or her 'wizards carry diseases' Eventually Eddie had had enough and stood up to his mum. Then she tried to force him to stay. Unbelievable. So Eddie did want some friends.
Eddie kind of believed her. That is until he got a friend, he was already a wizard same as Eddie. His name was Bill. He hadn't talked to Bill since the day before, he also hadn't seen Bill yet on the train.
The day before he left (the last day he talked to Bill) his mother sat him down to talk about 'love' she said 'Eddie bear, do not be sorted into Slytherin or Gryffindor!' Then she said 'and do not fall for one either.'
Eddie Frank Kaspbrak new he was gay long before he heard what it really was. However, he also new that his mother was homophobic and would kill him. Or at least he thinks she would.
She sat him down and had a talk about how bad 'gayness' was and about Aids and about how being gay was disease
