Chapter 6

Soccer game

Jimin POV

I can't believe it is the big game. South Korea vs USA. Your probably asking why is this so important to me. Well it is because who ever wins this match when 3rd place in the World Cup.

I didn't want to this soccer game by myself, so I asked Taehyung if he wants to come over and watch the game with me, obviously he said yes. I was so excited for the game that we had to get snacks. I got up from where I was and walked into the Kitchen. I decided to get the popcorn and chips from the pantry and set them down at the table in the living room.

The football game was about in 10min and Taehyung was not here yet. I pull out my phone and started to text Taehyung. I then heard to the front door go. I walked up to the door and opened it slowly. There stood Taehyung, he had all his snack, that he brought from his house. " You alright man , I when does it start" Taehyung said walking into the house.

" Um, I think it starts in 10min" "okay cool". We both sat on the couch waiting for the game to start when I got a text message.

I looked at my phone, I saw it from Unknown number. I opened it up and saw it from my moms friend asking if I want to babysit this weekend.

' Hello my name Jeon Yuna,
I was wondering if  you could babysit my 4 year old kid for awhile whilst I go to work abroad. I asked your mom, she told me it was fine. I hope to hear from you soon

I did not know what to do. Should I be happy or scared. Taehyung looked over at me and asked me "what's is wrong." "I just been offered a job by my mom, should I take it" "what is the job ?" "Babysitting, a 4 year old" " you should 100% take it , you love kids" Taehyung said whilst smiling widely. "I think I might do that then."

I was so happy that I got a job , thanks to my mom. I can't wait to start my new job. I texted the lady back saying

Thank you so much. That would be amazing. I would love to babysit for u. When should I come over.

thank you so much. Could you come over on Friday about 11am. That would be amazing.

Okay no problem, see you then.

After the Game

I still can't believe I got a job. I know babysitting is not much but it's still a job and I do get payed for it, so I'm happy. I am also happy that we won the game 2-0. Taehyung left super early because he had basketball practice. It was getting late I needed to go to bed because it is Thursday and Friday morning, I have a work. I went to warm bedroom and just fell asleep on my bed even though I still had my clothes on but I didn't care and just went to sleep
