[leahs pov]

i woke up and heard the faint sound of laughing coming from down the hall, i knew it was john and smit immediately. i felt so comfortable in bed i didn't want to get up but undoubtedly i had to. i sluggishly made my way to the washroom and ran myself a warm bath. afterwards i put on a casual outfit and went to their room.

"open the door, fuckers!" i yelled from the other side of the door. john opened the door and let me inside.

"hey, lee." john said.

"hi, leah. how'd you sleep?" smit asked me.

"i slept well. what's the plan for today?" i asked the guys.

"probably just going to walk around the city." john replied hitting his vape.

"okay, wanna go now?" i asked the boys.

"yeah." they replied together. we left the hotel and walked down the street to a small restaurant.

"the misfits said they'd be meeting us here." john said. the city was beautiful and i was admiring the buildings and small cafes we'd been walking by. we walked into the restaurant and were immediately greeted by the hugs of our friends.

"hi guys!" i exclaimed giving each one a hug.

"hi leah! how's australia?" toby asked me.

"it's great!" i gave a warm smile and sat down next to her. toby and i had gotten very close, she told me everything about the boys. toby always mentioned that mason would talk about me a lot. mason and i would play fortnite and rust together when we could, we were pretty close and i really liked him.

"hey, boys? what are we doing after this?" i asked the group.

"probably just going to the office and hanging out." cameron replied.

"smoking weed?" i asked cam. he just looked at me and laughed while nodding. we ordered our food and laughed about dumb shit as usual.

[masons pov]

today i'd be spending time with leah in person, i started to genuinely like her. she was so pretty and funny, i loved having her around. cam and john were talking about where to meet for lunch, we finally decided on a small restaurant. the guys and i made it to the diner before john, smii7y and leah got there. when leah walked in into the diner my mood shifted.

"hey mace, it's going to be all good. you can talk to her tonight." toby said looking at me.

"hi guys!" leah exclaimed. she hugged me first, i never wanted to let go. we socialized and ate our food, i couldn't concentrate much because i was panicking about what might happen later. we ordered an uber and went to the misfits office.
