seonghwa and eunha just stood there in each other's embrace.

they didn't know what to say but they didn't want to speak either. they just wanted to stay like that.

however, their wish was unfulfilled just as a drunk jongho and san opened the door.

"seonghwa, please fuck off," san mumbled, "you've hurt her enough. bet you didn't even tell her how much-"

seonghwa tensed at san's words and eunha noticed.

"san, shut up. you dumb fuck," jongho giggled.

eunha also saw the look of relief on his face after jongho spoke. seonghwa was happy that jongho cut san off. he didn't want eunha to know. not yet anyways.

"seonghwa, you should go. i need to look after them," eunha sighed, "and teach them some manners."

he snapped out of his thoughts and just left her house silently.

"why did you have to go and drink?" eunha groaned, as she helped her two useless brothers go up the stairs.

she put them on their own beds and tucked them in.

"eunha best girl," san whispered, before dozing off to sleep.

she just chuckled and and turned their light off.

she went to her room and got into bed. she was tired. but she couldn't sleep.

why did i kiss seonghwa? she thought.
and what was san talking about?

seonghwa left her house silently and walked to a nearby shop. he purchased some hangover medicine and bought ingredients for hangover soup.

he took his items to the counter and payed for them. he said a small 'thank you' before exiting the shop.

he took his phone out and checked the time. 1:47am. eunha and the boys were probably sleeping so seongwha took the medicine and ingredients home and put them away.

he went straight to bed but couldn't sleep.

what if eunha found out? he thought
she'd be so hurt.

saturday.

eunha woke up earlier than her brothers because she knew she'd have to make some hangover food for them.

"they really don't know how to drink," she spoke to herself.

she dragged herself out of bed and went to the bathroom with a fresh pair of clothes and a towel.

eunha began her normal routine as usual but couldn't help but be so slow.

her mind was preoccupied with seonghwa. she didn't understand how their relationship took such a turn after confessing her feelings. she also didn't think that they'd resolve their conflict so quickly.

she also couldn't help but think why jongho cut san off and why seonghwa looked so shocked when san spoke but relieved when jongho cut him off.

"ugh, seonghwa please stop-" eunha growled but her sentence got cut off by a knock on the door.

she checked her phone.

8:04am. who's here so early?

she finished washing her face and drying it with her towel.

i wasn't even able to change my clothes, she thought.

eunha ran downstairs and opened the door.

seonghwa got up early so he could give eunha the things he bought for her brothers yesterday.

he went to go freshen up but took long to get ready.

his mind was preoccupied with eunha.

he wanted to be able to love her back. but he can't. he wants to tell her everything. but he can't.

or, rather, he doesn't want to.

he doesn't want to see her upset. he doesn't want to ruin her.

he wanted to keep her happy and redeem himself from yesterday, even though they resolved their conflicts.

he backed out of his thoughts and checked the time on his phone. 7:58am.

seonghwa ran out of the bathroom and threw some decent clothes on and ran out of his house with the bag.

he ran out of his house and got to her's.

i hope they haven't woken up yet, seonghwa thought, referring to san and jongho.

he caught his breath after all that running and knocked on her door.

the door opened to a confused eunha

"seonghwa, why are you here so early?" she asked, kind of tense.

"i bought hangover food and medicines last night but you were probably sleeping so i decided to give them to you now," he smiled as he walked into her house, handing her the plastic bag.

"thank you. you didn't need to though," eunha blushed.

he would always do gestures like these and he'd always try to help her out.

but everything changed after yesteday.

"i'll be leaving now. bye," seonghwa waved her goodbye and headed to the door.

"wait! don't you wanna stay for breakfast?" eunha asked.

seonghwa turned around and nodded.

"you need to help me make it though," she teased, handing him some ingredients.

he joined her in the kitchen and placed the food onto the countertop.

while eunha did most of the cooking, seonghwa watched her from the side. he really did love her. but he couldn't do much about it.

eunha was busy cooking and was caught off guard when two arms found their around her waist.

seonghwa.

he pressed his chest against her back and placed his chin on her shoulder. she giggled at his actions and continued cooking.

just as he was about to whisper something into eunha's neck, a hungover jongho came into the kitchen.

"eunha, what's for breakfa- seonghwa?"
