A loud, energetic type of man who occasionally intrudes upon other people’s business. He is obsessed with superheroes and hamburgers, and thinks nothing of eating strangely colored candies and cakes (which disturbs Japan). He has a strange phobia of ghosts, but is friends with an alien, Tony, who lives with him. He is the youngest of the Allied Forces (America, England, France, Russia, China) in human and nation age, (though Canada ((technically also an Ally)) is younger in nation age) and their self-declared leader in the WWII episodes and manga strips. The strange crescent shaped lock of hair on his head (also an ahoge) represents Nantucket, while his glasses represent Texas.
