Ancient Rome (Grandpa Rome)
The grandfather to the Italy brothers, he was the strongest nation in the world but withered and eventually died. He is referred to as "Grandpa Rome" by North Italy. He enjoyed battling, drinking, and cavorting with women, and was not fond of talking about politics or serious matters. He was able to come back in the 20th century to visit his grandson, upon which he befriended Germany. However, the encounter was thought to be a dream in the end by those whom he had visited.
