A Name Fit For a Princess: Adrien x Reader

A/n: This is a Hogwarts au. Adrien is pure blood and you are a muggle born. Adrien decides to stay with for a bit during the summer, so he can learn more about muggle culture. (His dad only taught him that muggles were disgusting filthy things, but Adrien wants to know the truth.) Your parents were okay with him staying over, and luckily Adrien's father was off travelling. You guys were able to convince his house elves to not rat you two out.

Also, this may be shorter than usual. Since I'm getting really lazy with my writing, I'm going to try writing shorter oneshots and publishing them sooner, rather than taking 2 months to write a long one.

2nd person POV

You and Adrien were getting ready for bed after a fun day of showing Adrien how muggles lived. He was so curious and excited about everything. It was adorable. You remembered when you showed Adrien popcorn, and he refused to eat it because he thought it was poisoned. He told you, "Normal food wouldn't puff up like that." You eventually got him to try some and he loved it.

"Y/n, whats's taking so long?" He whined. He was waiting in your bed, for you to pick out a story. You promised him you'd read him a muggle children story, and he really wanted to hear it. You searched through your fairy tales, until you found the perfect one. You silently squealed to yourself and you got comfy under the covers with Adrien. 

"What did you pick?" He asked, as he tried to get a peek of the cover of the foreign book.

"Cinderella!" You beamed happily. Adrien scrunched his nose in disgust.

"That sounds like an illness." You laughed loudly, but stopped when you realized he was being serious.

"Adrien! Cinderella is a princess." He blinked.

"That doesn't sound like a name for a princess."

"Oh yeah? What name do you think is fit for a princess."

"Y/n"

Yoir eyes widened and you blushed in realization. "Oh shut up," You mumbled.

Adrien smiled and cuddled you. "I have proof. You're my princess, so that makes the name y/n fit for a princess." He tickled your sides as you giggled uncontrollably. When he stopped, he smiled cheekily at you. "So are you going to read the story?"

"Okay. Once upon a time...."

When you finished the story you both drifted to sleep happily. You fell asleep but not before hearing Adrien mumble, "I still think y/n would have been a better name for a princess." You slept with a smile on your face.
