'Today's the day.' I think to myself, chomping on my egg toast.

Today is graduation and I barely got two hours of sleep. Even though I already knew that in order to graduate I had to practice the clone Jutsu, I was excited to try out all the other Jutsu Kakashi gave me. Surprisingly, they were easy to do but I wasn't able to perfect them all of them in one day. I did get to prefect the transformation and the replacement Jutsu, though. Also, I was able to learn how to infuse charka into my fist it was a little hard but it wasn't too tough to learn, but it was definitely hard.

Today is also the day I ate the biggest breakfast of my twelve years of life. I have gotten a lot hungrier since I've been... here. I made a theory it was either because I have started heavy training or because I need more food to fuel my chakra.

Since I was basically a person from in this world I've decided that I need to document this either by writing in a journal or taking some pictures from my phone. I can use it as evidence for any future doubts once I get back home, or worst case scenario... die here. If I do leave or die here, I'm going to leave a legacy. No matter what the cost, I'm going to be called a prince... You know what I'm going to be the slug prince I mean Tsunade is already the slug princess so why can't I be the slug prince.

I eye my apartment. It's still a bit empty. I have no money to make it feel like it was really 'home' but Kakashi told me that once I start missions I'll be able to get money and use it however I like. He seemed confident that I will make it, and honestly, I feel like I'm going to make it too. I grin to myself proudly, munching on my toast. I'm going to get my own money! All. For. Myself. Hehehehe... that was an evil laugh,  by the way.

I pull out my phone and check the time. I have around fifteen minutes to get going. I sigh in disappointment. I was hoping to practice on my chakra control again, but I have the power to make a little crater. With great effort, I can make medium size crater nothing close to Tsunade or Sakura but hay I'm still training. Maybe I can finally be good at something... maybe I can finally achieve something. I want to be the top student here. Maybe Kakashi will congratulate me with some food for that.

I get up and quickly wash my hands and my dishes. I leave the front door while slipping on my sandals and then suddenly stop and freeze once I notice a person locking their door in front of me. It was my neighbor. My short, blond-haired, kill me orange jumpsuit wearing neighbor.

"Naruto"

He freezes and then looks behind his shoulder. I don't know if his eyes widen because he recognizes me or if he was just in shock. His cheeks suddenly go pink. He turns around stammering in reply. "You! You're... you're...!" I interrupt him. "I'm Jordan. The new kid you asked to get some ramen with yesterday." I remind him. He still seems a bit nervous, so I assume he probably doesn't remember me. "I... guess you don't remember me," I say, rubbing the back of my neck. Naruto stands up straighter and quickly speaks up, "No, I remember you! I just... I didn't know you live here."

After the awkward scenario, Naruto and I decide to walk together to the academy. We talked about what he liked, what he didn't like and what he wants to be in the future. He's a good person to talk to. He was welcoming and friendly. We sat together too, and Naruto got his chance to point out the people in class for me. I acted like I didn't know anything to play along.

"That's Shino. He's really quiet, just like Hinata over there. Oh, and that's Sasuke." Naruto grumbles, "He thinks he's so great." He crosses his arms with a huff. "What do you mean?" I ask, tilting my head. Naruto rests his head on his desk, watching Iruka walk into the class. "Oh, you'll see. Just wait."
