"Wake up Claire I heard a voice say "Wake up!! Your gonna be late.
"I don't wanna go i said turning over showing my back side
"I know you don't want to go but you have to its priority now get up and get dressed. Mom said tapping her foot.
"Fine i said trying to get up. I really didn't want to get up i just felt like every body would be all weird or disgusted.
"Claire come on. breakfast's ready downstairs.
" coming mom i said trying to put my boots on
What are you doing here I said when I came downstairs to see Stephanie in my kitchen.
"Uh hi I said confused.
"We need to talk she says quietly looking at the ground.
" I cant believe it. No hi how are you just a simple we need to talk I thought in my head.
"Ok I said.
She pulled me outside and said
I think I'm pregnant.
" I was just standing there in shock.
Well um how do you know I asked.
"What you don't believe me Stephanie said getting angry.
"No I do it's just how do u know you are pregnant.
" I went to a motel with this hot guy named Rick last week and we uh I don't know how to say this but yeah.
"Oh my gosh Steph. What in the world were you thinking your still with Daniel right. Oh please I saw him cheating with amber two weeks ago so i broke up with him. Its simple i was sad went to drink and stuff happened no biggie.
'what are you talking about no big deal.Its a baby!!!
"Well its not like its your baby anyways i wanted to tell you that i went back to my house and the board was still laughing then it said it will find us so i destroyed the board but then i still heard cackling but it wasn't coming from the board.
"Are you serious first the baby now this your so full of shit i yelled and was getting ready to close the door leaving her outside.
"Wait im not lying im not lying. Stefanie said crying.
" I was honestly done with the stupid board i couldn't take it anymore.
"Just go ill figure out something. i said irritated.
"fine okay she said waving at my mom. Bye Mrs Underwood.
"With that i went to sit at the table. so you okay mom asked looking at my plate filled with eggs and bacon with grits.
"So what were you and Stefanie talking about mom asked
"Nothing much I say putting a egg in my mouth. Mom im gonna go okay
"Wait what about the orange juice
"don't worry ill pick up some Gatorade on the way to school
I say walking out the door.
"Thats not healthy Mom yells after me.
"Fine i say as she throws me an apple.
"Five minutes into class and i dont see paige or stefanie anywhere.
"After class renee finds me in the lunchroom sitting alone.
"Are you okay renee ask as she sits down.
"I dont know why isnt stefanie here i ask.
"She found out that everybody was talking about how she killed melody renee says.
"But she didnt i say quickly.
"I know but people are dumb and there is nothing any of us can do about that. Renee says shrugging her shoulders.
"Renee wells and claire underwood please report to the main office we hear on the intercome as we get up i remember that paige isnt here either ill just check after school.
"Um yes Principal robin I ask as I come into the office with Renee
"Girls a detective wants to talk to you something about melody our honors student dying he says rubbing his brow.
"Is it true is Melody Sanders dead he ask looking at me.
"Yeah she's dead I say looking down.
Renee's Point of view
"Renee Wells The detective says please sit down.
"Detective- Were you there when the accident occurred.
"Renee- Ye- Yes sir i was there.
"Detective- What exactly happened that night renee
Renee-well we went to a sleepover and we were playing this Ouija board game and it had a recorder in it i guess .
Detective-Ok what else
"And then we said our names to the board and when the board asked melody who she had slept with.
"I guess melody thought it would be a good idea to lie about who she slept with so she said she slept with daniel stefanies boyfriend. Stefanie grabbed her arm and took her outside then they fought stef...
Detective-Sorry to cut you off but did melody have any scars after the fight it coul have been stefanie.
"No she was completely fine until an hour later after the fight.
Dectective- What happened?
"well first she started coughing then she put her hands around her neck and said she couldnt breathe when she moved her hands from her neck it was tons of blood just gushing out like someone had slit her throat.
Detective-Do you think you have something to do with her death.
"No of course not i was busy kissing my boyfriend on the couch i turned around when she started screaming she couldn't breathe
Detective-thank you thats all for now please send Claire Underwood in.
"Ok
Claire P.O.V
"Hey Renee says walking out of the office
"hey i say
"Claire the guy wants you she says
"Oh ok i say and walk into the office
"Hello i say awkwardly
Detective-Hi are you claire underwood?
"Uh yes i say sitting down.
Detective so what happened last night on December 6
"Well we where playing a game and i guess melody lied and Stefanie fought her but she came back fine when they were done really it was just a slap fight i say.
Detective- Do you think Stefanie killed melody?
"No not at all she was standing right next to us when it happened and the boys had been in the room when they went outside i say
Detective-Wait so there were more people and not just you 4?
"Uh yes but they werent exactly supposed to be there if you know what i mean I say looking down.
Detective- I need the names of these boys
"Ok um Chris,Donovan,James,Daniel i say
Detective- Ok thank you for your time you can leave now.
"Ugh thank god i thought i think i just got the boys in trouble.
