Boda missed his Dad. Mando was off on a bounty mission, and he'd left his adopted son home alone. Or so he thought. Boda was practicing his force abilities when he heard a soft beep from the corner of the room. He looked around and saw a small BB-series astromech droid. Boda inspected the droid and noticed the code on the side of its head that read "BB9-E". His name this must be, Boda thought to himself.
"Hello"; said Boda, unsure of the alliance of the pure black droid.
BB9-E responded with a few beeps and whistles.
"Friend, I am"
BB9-E rolled closer to the baby and moved his head into Boda's shoulder, signifying that he himself was a friend.
"Find my father, we must"; Boda informed the droid, knowing that he'd need all the help he could get in his mission.
With that they were off. Boda had accompanied his father on several bounty missions, but this would be the greatest bounty of all: friendship and familial love.
