How I Got Captured

A/N: well here's another story, hope ya enjoy because I'm an amateur for writing so um yeah :)

3rd POV
Everything was normal, now 16, Shōki is finally wondering were to go...she's heard of many places either wonderful or not. But then again she specifically can't travel as of right now...you maybe wondering why she can't, well how about we read on what had occurred.

(Flashback)
Everything was good Shōki was finally at sea at the age of 14, free from the shackles of society. She was staring at sea until~grumble~...hunger was evident as she hasn't eaten some food.
Shōki POV
"Damn now I'm hungry"...
While she was getting hungry she noticed an island named 'Jabberwock Island'.
"Oh shit that island is bigger than my future...well there goes my self esteem." As she was already at shore the navy was around...and apparently Shōki had a bounty in her head worth 11,031 beli...you maybe wondering how, she's just a child after all, well this is were her parent come up...Shōki's parents we're well known scientist who worked with the navy, but later found out there were traitors and so they were put bounty's on their heads. A few years later, somehow, the navy found out they had a child, a girl, whom they abounded because of one shitty reason....
                  they did not wanted to be held back by a brat, they did not wanted to share their money, they did not wanted her in the first place, all they cared was to survive, hell! Both the mother and father didn't like each other. The only good things that they gave her was information about themselves, smarts and not the stupidity her parents had.
Anyways, it all started on Jabberwock Island were she was already in land, she got out of her boat and as soon as she was about to head to town the navy noticed her and you guessed it chased her around. She knew she could use her devil fruit but she was too lazy to fight right now she wasn't feelin it so she kept running. Now she's finally in the boat, thinking she lost them, hell she even looked around and no one was there.
And so, she left the island with a bit of food she had "borrowed" as she was running.
Two years pass, now 16, during those two years she experienced amazing adventures and learned a few things; martial arts, a bit of strategies, and scientific subjects like chemistry anyways the whole trip was with no disturbances that is what...she thought.....but she was wrong in that moment, but that was before she started to fall asleep. The navy saw, noticed, then captured and so she was held in the cell of the ship. Few weeks passes by and now she's at impel down being dragged while she enjoys the view.
      Now being locked down at 16, she's thrown at her cell in one of the upper floors...she's only been there for a few days now, but she keeps causing trouble, they'd beat her up to teach her a listen and because if that she was thrown down to the lower floors were she's now sleeping to conserve her energy.
   Now, you maybe thinking why would she go through the whole trouble to go to the lower floors...well let me tell you that she has a gut feeling that she needs to be there she senses something major will happen in a year, she just feels it, and so she will experience many emotions and people during that whole year but now she has to wait.

    Shoki's POV
'At times like these I just think to myself, why the hell am I lazy even when I was being captured I just went back to sleep and now I have to deal with being locked up here....oh well not my problem right now, especially when something major is about to happen.'

A/n: I know I know I haven't updated as well with my other books, reason is I'm lacking a lot of motivation which sucks...anyways I hope you enjoyed this chapter and as to why Shoki wasn't executed was because 1)they only know that she's the daughter of the two traitors(Melissa&Toku), 2) they don't know what she's capable of because she hasn't shown what she knows and sorry for the short chapter.
      Also, Shōki is pretty strong since the years before she was captured she trained and was 'perfecting' her skills.
