By the time we got there, there was smoke coming from her apartment building.
"Sit" I got out of the car before Danny could cut the engine off.
"Kylie?" I shouted, catching her attention.
"It... It just...." she broke down. I wrapped my arms around her, seeing Danny jogging over.
"Come on" I mumbled, ushering her towards Danny's car. I opened the back door for her, closing it as she was in.
"Is she going to be okay?" Danny whispered.
"Yeah, she's just shooken up a little" I mumbled before climbing in. When we were at my building, I cleared off the bed in my guest room, putting a cover and a blanket on.
"Done" I sighed, walking into the living room.
"Thanks" she got up, gave me a quick hug and went to the room.
"Night" I mumbled more to myself since she already left.
"So what now?" Danny asked as I walked into my room.
"Nothing I guess, just have to give her some time There's nothing else we could do" I mumbled, crawling next to him on my bed.
"Night" I mumbled.
"Night"
