Chapter 2

I woke from my sleep with the sun seeping in from the cut in the curtains. I groan and get out of bed rubbing my eyes.

"Thank god your up we need to go we have 20 minutes to get to class Y/N!" My roommate Cassidy said.

"Crap!" I forgot that it wasn't a weekend, I quickly rushed and got my uniform on and grabbed my books but before that I brushed my platinum blonde hair. Since I was a Malfoy I had platinum blonde hair.

Cassidy and I run out of the Slytherin common room to be met with my brother.

"Y/N, professed is going to kill us if we're late" Lucius said in an annoyed quick tone.

"I know I slept in long night", the three of us rushed to class for me to run into the person I was hoping not to see. "Move Tom", I say bitterly to him

"We need to talk later", he said in a low announced voice.

"Only if you can find me", I winked at him and walked off.

"Late again" the professor Slughorn said as we entered potions class.

"Sorry it was a long night" I apologised and took my seat

"Ok carrying on, we have an assignment to do this will be done in partners so let's get started and I have sorted the pairs. Lucius and Riddle, Y/N and Remus, Cassidy and Markus", he announced the rest.

I got paired up with Remus and moved to him.

"Lupin" I nudge him

"Malfoy", he does the same back

"Let's get this done" I say and as I grabbed the ingredients, I felt the burning feeling of someone staring right into me. I turn around to see no one looking at me. I shrug it off and go back to the table.

"I've noticed Riddle look at you quite a bit lately", Remus whispers,

"I ran into him last night on duty after I saw someone at the end of the hall",

"Someone was at the end of the hall? Who?",

"If you thought I knew I'd tell you but this person was dressed in black with a cloak, I don't think we're safe for long this didn't look like a student"
