"May I have the envelope please?" Sue said. "Ladies & Gentlemen, we have a tie! The co-winners of the prom queen are Sugar Motta & Kitty Wilde!!!" The crowd cheered, while Sugar & Kitty looked at each other puzzled. "The co-winners of the prom king are...Marley Rose & Scott Wilson! Marley & Scott's jaws both dropped at the same time. Both Sugar & Kitty went over to their respective significant others. Kitty & Sugar wanted to dance, but Scott & Marley were very hesitant. "What is this, some sort of sick joke?" Marley said, tears starting to form in her eyes. "Are they trying to out us as lesbians?" "Hey, come here." Kitty said, trying to comfort her. "It doesn't matter what they think. What matters is that we're together; Just look at where we were compared to where we are now. This is no joke. You're beautiful, you're special, and I'm so glad I get to spend not only this night, but the rest of my lifetime with someone like you. I don't care about getting the prom king & queen awards, I care about you Marley. I love you." Kitty said. "I love you too Kitty." Kitty & Marley embraced each other, then they each put their heads on each others shoulders and began to slow dance. "Why don't you want to dance?" Sugar asked. "I told them not to rig the vote. They obviously don't listen too well." Scott said, a bit annoyed by the committee's results. "Scott, please." Sugar said, trying to comfort him. "What's the real reason?" Scott looked down, gave a heavy sigh, then looked back up at Sugar. "Will you dance one song with me please?" Sugar pleaded. "Which one?" Scott replied. Sugar went over to the acting D.J. in place of Scott and asked her to play a certain song. Sugar & Kitty began to sing to their respective crushes as the song played:

(Bold is Sugar, Italics is Kitty, Underlined text is both of them singing together)

I hope you never lose your sense of wonder
You get your fill to eat but always keep that hunger
May you never take one single breath for granted
God forbid love ever leave you empty-handed

I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean
Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens
Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance

I hope you dance, I hope you dance

(
Scott smiled back at Sugar, as the both put their heads on each others shoulders and began to slow dance with each other. Kitty and Marley did the same. Sugar & Kitty continued to sing along while they danced with their respective partners).

I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance
Never settle for the path of least resistance
Living might mean taking chances but they're worth taking
Loving might be a mistake but it's worth making

Don't let some hell-bent heart leave you bitter
When you come close to selling out reconsider
Give the heavens above more than just a passing glance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance

I hope you dance, I hope you dance
I hope you dance, I hope you dance

I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean
Whenever one door closes I hope one more opens
Promise me that you'll give faith a fighting chance
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance

Dance, I hope you dance
I hope you dance, I hope you dance
I hope you dance, I hope you dance

I hope you dance

The audience cheered as the respective prom king & queens shared their honorary dance with each other. "Thank you." Sugar said. "No...thank you." Scott replied. "For what?" Sugar asked. "For everything. You saved my life, you helped open my heart, and more importantly, you're everything that's good in my life Sugar. I love you." Scott said. "I love you too." Sugar replied as they both pulled each other into an emotional embrace.

Meanwhile, Marley began to cry as the song came to an end. "What's wrong honey?" Kitty asked. "This has been the best year of my life, I just don't want it to end." Marley said sobbing. "I know; This year has been a roller coaster, but I wouldn't want to change it for anything else." Kitty said sobbing. Now both girls were starting to cry. They pulled each other in for an emotional embrace "At least we have each other." Kitty said. "I know." Marley replied. "I love you." Kitty said. "I love you too." Marley replied. Both girls then engaged in a passionate kiss.

The Glee club then decided to take pictures to savor their memories. Meanwhile, Bree & Jake went outside in the hallway. "Bree, I want to ask you a question." He said. "Me too." Bree replied. "You go first." Jake said. "Do you believe in miracles and do you believe that they do happen? Do you think it's possible for two people to correct a mistake they made?" Bree asked. "I do believe in miracles, I believe that time heals all wounds, and I also believe that sometimes in life, people are just meant to be together with each other." Jake replied. "Me too." Bree said. "Do you think we're meant to be together?" Bree asked. "How would you like to take a lifetime to figure it out?" Jake asked. "What do you mean?" Bree said. "I made the mistake of letting you go once before Bree, I'm not going to do that again, no matter how brave you are." Jake then dropped to his knees. "Oh my god!" Bree gasped. Jake pulled out a 24-karat gold engagement ring. "Bree Yeldon, will you make me the happiest man here at the prom and on the face of the earth, marry me and be my forever beloved?" "Yes! Of course I will!" Bree said. Jake and Bree embraced each other lovingly and engaged in a passionate kiss.

Bree, Kitty, & Sugar then started to singing to their crushes at the same respective time:

(Bold it Bree, Italics is Kitty, Normal text is Sugar, Underlined text is them singing together)

What if I told you
It was all meant to be
Would you believe me,
Would you agree
It's almost that feeling
That we've met before
So tell me that you don't think I'm crazy
When I tell you love has come here and now...

A moment like this
Some people wait a lifetime,
For a moment like this
Some people search forever,
For that one special kiss
Oh, I can't believe it's happening to me
Some people wait a lifetime,
For a moment like this

Everything changes
But beauty remains
Something so tender
I can't explain
Well I maybe dreaming
But 'till I awake
Can we make this dream last forever
And I'll cherish all the love we share

For a moment like this
Some people wait a lifetime,
For a moment like this
Some people search forever,
For that one special kiss
Oh, I can't believe it's happening to me
Some people wait a lifetime,
For a moment like this

Could this be the greatest love of all
I wanna know that you will catch me when I fall
So let me tell you this...
Some people wait a lifetime

For a moment like this
Some people wait a lifetime,
For a moment like this
Some people search forever,
For that one special kiss
Oh, I can't believe it's happening to me
Some people wait a lifetime,
For a moment like this

Oh, like this oh, I can't believe it's happening to me.

Some people wait a lifetime,
For a moment like this.

Oh, like this.

Some people wait a lifetime,
For a moment like this

Kitty engaged in a passionate kiss with Marley; Sugar engaged in a passionate kiss with Scott; and Bree engaged in a passionate kiss with Jake. "This really was a dream come true for me." Bree said crying happy tears. "Me too." Jake replied, smiling. "This was a night to remember." Sugar said smiling. "One that will last forever." Scott replied grinning. "This has been the best night of my life." Kitty said crying tears of joy."One we'll never forget." Marley replied crying tears of joy as well.

And that's it for the Senior Prom. This was the longest episode I've written to date. It was a challenge to write, but I'm glad it's complete. Anyways, in the next episode, it's time for a school musical. But which one, and is there one role that someone was born to play yet hesitant to accept?

Find out in the next episode. Until then, I'll catch you on the flip side!!!
