So Much For Keeping This Just Friends. (Jalex fan fic)

*****Alex's POV*****

"What would you guys say if I told you I got this amazing opportunity?" I bit my lip nervously.

Jack raised an eyebrow. "Whats this opportunity?"

"Well I joined this band as a side project." I looked around at all of them, feeling sick to my stomach.

"What? What about us? What about how we're writing new music? How we're planning a tour? Does this mean anything to you?" Jack looked dazed.

"Yes! Of course! But I wanted to help these guys out! They needed a singer!" I deffended myself.

"Whatever." Jack rolled his eyes and stormed out of my apartment.

Sorry about that, about the way he took it Lex." Rian put a hand on my shoulder.

"It's fine. Obviously all of you are a little unsure about this. But i'm not. I want to do this." I smiled.

"If  you want too. But don't forget about All Time Low alright?" Rian walked out with Zack.

I collapsed onto my couch. I thought they would support this decision. Tears formed in my eyes thinking about Jack walking out on me like that.I have to make things up to him.

I took out my phone and dialed his number. He answered. "Jack? Look i'm sorry. Please don't be upset with me. Please." I begged.

"Whatever Alex. I'm just a little shocked that you would do this okay?" I could hear the pain in his voice.

"Jack.. I'm so sorry. I'll do anything to make it up to you." I pleaded.

"Anything?" He asked.

"Sure. You name it." I said.

"Alright. Come over." Jack told me.

"Thats it?" I asked.

"No. You'll see when you get here." He hung up the phone. I threw my phone down on the couch and walked from my apartment to his.

"JACK!" I yelled banging on his door.

He opened the door with a smirk on his face. "Hi."

I walked in. "Okay why am I here?"

"Well you said you'd do anything. There's been something i've wanted for a long time. Sit." He said gesturing towards his couch. I sat down.

"Okay. What is it?" I asked.

"I'll show you." He smirked and sat down next to me. He placed his lips on mine. I felt myself jump a bit. What the fuck? His lips tasted like alcohol and I could tell he was drunk. I pulled away quickly.

"What the hell Jack?!" I exclaimed.

"I love you Alex. And I want you to be mine." He declared.

"No you don't Jack, you're drunk." I rolled my eyes and looked away from him.

"So what if i've been drinking? I feel the same way about you when i'm sober." He said. I could hear by the tone in his voice that he was being serious.

I blushed darkly. "Jack..." I started but I was cut off by his lips. This time I didn't pull away. If this is what he wants to make it up to him, this is what he'll get. I kissed him roughly and wrapped my arms around his neck pulling him closer to me. I could feel him smiling, obviously pleased with how into this I was getting. I shoved my tongue in his mouth, and he pulled away. I was shocked.

"Don't worry i'm not done with you i'm just taking my shirt off. You should take yours off too." He grinned.

"Sure." I took my shirt off and looked at him. I felt my face get hot when I realized I was turned on by my best friend shirtless. I bit my lip.

Jack pulled me on top of him and slid his tongue into my mouth. I swirled my tongue around with his, loving the way his tongue felt against mine. I explored his mouth taking in his taste. He bit my lip, then moved his lips to my neck. He began to suck, and bite it gently.

"Jack stop. Thats enough." I mumbled.

He pulled away from me. "I thought you said anything I wanted."

"I hooked up with you. Is that not good enough? I'm not fucking having sex with you Jack." I said harshly.

He didn't say anything he just looked down sadly.

"Look Jack, it isn't that I didn't like it. I just don't want to ruin things between us." I said.

"I understand." He nodded.

"Good. I just want to be friends. Nothing more." I smiled.

"We can hook up and just be friends." He grinned.

"And we will." I grinned back at him. I am now friends with benefits with my best friend.
