Connor's pov
"uh boys,I don't want to ruin your moment but what are we going to do?"my uncle asked,"I....I don't know."I admitted."Don't worry boys,I'll protect you."my uncle said,"just stay in the apartment and I'll handle the rest:close all the curtains and lock the door."he explained.Evan and I nodded,we ran back up to the apartment.i immediately locked the front door while Evan closed all the curtains,I notice him peak a bit.he squeaked and closed the curtain,"What is it?"I asked nervously.I'm never nervous,"I-I saw y-yo-your parents!"he said.i widened my eyes,"did they see you?"I asked.he shook his head no,I sighed with relief.i gently hugged Evan,"I-I'm sc-scared Con."he said."me too...I don't want to lose you."i admitted,I gently cupped his cheek.
I wiped his tears,"let's try to calm down a bit,ok?"i said.he sniffed and nodded,Evan grabbed his little watering can.he handed me a cup,"Lo-Lot-Lotus,C-Ch-Chameleon,and C-Clyde need to be watered."he instructed.Lotus(duh the flower),Chameleon(chamomile),and Clyde(Venus flytrap)are the name of some of Evan's plants that we got.the other three are Bambi(bamboo),Marinette(marigolds),and Lily(lilacs).Evan likes to name plants,my favorite plant is Clyde.he's wickedly cool,"hey there bud."i said to Clyde.
