Third Person POV

Brick was lost not only did he quit he also he was convicted as the apartment he had was rented under Aku's name

Why did he think he'd be working with him till the day he dies.

Everything he had was in the back seat of his car. Thanks to all the problems he had he hasn't been able to speak to Blossom.

He has been calling her for over 30 minutes. No answer

"DAMN IT!" He said hitting the wheel. He was driving to her house hoping there was a reason for her not picking up the phone.

He finally reached her house to see her car there.

He quickly parked and rushed to her door, ringing the bell several times.

He stopped when he heard the door lock click. He stood there impatiently as the door opened.

It was Blossom, confused.

"Brick? What are you doing here?" She asked letting him in.

"Uh? I need to tell you something?" He said looking around expecting to see someone.

"Okay?" Blossom said almost questioning herself.

She closed the door and walked towards him sitting on the couch waiting for him to speak.

"I have something to tell you." He said sitting beside her.

She looked straight into his red ruby eyes, immediately falling straight for them.

"Yeah..."

There was a long awkward silence.

Brick took a deep breath with his eyes closed. To only open them to see her gorgeous pink eyes.

He took a another breath. "I like you." He said not wanting to push the love word early.

She sat there still. Sill as a statue.

He felt awkward. If she doesn't know about him working for Aku then did she say yes

He started to feel nervous.

He soon shook his head, "never mind... it doesn't mean anything..."

"It doesn't?" Blossom asked finally talking. She looked at Brick sorta disappointed.

"Does it mean anything to you?" Brick asked

"I mean... yeah." She laughed. Her pink eyes meeting his red ones.

"Then I take back what I said. I do like you more than a friend." Brick said smiling. Blossom smiled back

"I like you too." She replied.

Brick leaned in but soon got stopped by Blossom's finger.

"But I have to say something and this may change your opinion." She said having Brick look at her confused.

"I've been selected to go to Afganistán." Blossom said and a smile was plastered on his face.

"For a month..." Brick's smile disappeared.

"And I agreed to marry my ex for the that month. But I will get a divorce when I get back." She finished

"YOU ACCEPTED AKU'S PROPOSAL!" Brick screamed

He calmed down quickly. "And your going to be gone for a month."

Blossom thought about what he said.

"How did you know that I accepted Aku's proposal?"
