today was graduation day and you knew today was going to be the worst day of your life. you didnt want to get out of bed.

there was a knock on your door. "(name)? are you gonna get up? youve been in your room all day amd moms getting worried. you didnt even eat breakfast and we all know how much you love moms pancakes."

you groaned, "leave me alone chanyeol. i still need to pack our flight is in four hours and i still need to pack." 

chanyeol chuckled, "alright, but graduation starts in an hour, so get ready. besides you need to say goodbye to your friends, do you not?"

"shut up and mind your damn business!"

"yeah yeah, just get dressed. we both know how long it takes you to get ready."

as you got out of the car, you were greeted by four warm familiar smiles. you tried to smiles back and pretend that everything was okay, and that everything will work out-even though you know it wouldnt.

you went to your assigned seat and sat down while everyone else was entering the hall.

after the long speeches your principal gave, it was time to hand out diplomas. as you went up to the alter to get your certificate you heard chanyeol yell, "guys i know him! hes my best friend and hes gonna go to the same university as me!"

goddamnit chanyeol. you fucking burnt rotisserie chicken headass. as much as you wanted to beat his as, you kept your composure. you went back to your seat and waited for the ceremony to be over.

the first thing you saw when you existed the celebration hall was your best friends waiting for you. you went up to them and greeted them.

"hey guys, congratulations. jeno and donghyuck i heard you got accepted to the university of la? renjun im so proud of you! congrats on getting accepted to oxford! i knew you could do it. and jaemin, have fun working-and being the future ceo-of your dads company. also, tell me na i said hi!" you grinned.

"thanks (name)!" jeno yelled as he rapped his arm around your shoulder. "i heard youre going to live in spain with chanyeol and his friends. i hope you have fun and enjoy yourself!" he ruffled your perfectly gelled hair.

"shit-(name)! its 18:34! we have to get your stuff from your house and get going. we barely have half an hour left." chanyeol yelled.

"fuck," you whispered. you really didnt want this to be the goodbye you guys had. you but your bottom lip and hugged them all, trying your best to suppress your tears. "i love you guys so much, and i hope you all will be successful in the future and-"

"(name)! we really dont have time! we gotta go now!"

you sighed, letting all of them go. you walked towards chanyeols car. you stopped, turning towards them, waving and promising them that you all will meet again-even though you know you guys wont-with a smile on your face.
