The group was assembled and restless as Logon Nioman stepped up to the podium and cleared his throat.

"Ladies and Gentlemen of the Extra Earth project." He began with barely concealed excitement. "It is my great pleasure and honor to deliver the news of the successful finished product of the Extra Earth plans. I will now read the plans for the project." He could see the eager faces and felt their eagerness in himself. It was almost palpable.

"Starting in 1829 the philosopher William Godwin, anarchist and utilitarian, Thought of worlds where his political views would be respected. He rationalized that there could be planets even that he could inhabit and impose his beliefs on those who came with him." Logon was now reading incredibly fast, barely stopping to inhale he was so anxious to get to the big reveal. looking up briefly he saw his co workers looking like he felt. "His idea he kept to himself and a few of his trusted confidants. They never spoke a word until their dying day when the whispered it to those on their deathbed. People like Susan B. Anthony, Martin Luther King Jr., Mahatma Gandhi and people all over the world that have wanted equality or a new world order have been in this loop. To continue their work and make a continuous chain of people with the same ideals until this day. Until now when we have all of us gathered here to make fact, their fantasy." Logan's face was red with exertion yet his speech never faltered.

"Today you all here have been passed down the secret of the new world order, or as we know it 'Project Extra Earth.' This project began by finding an Earth like planet in the 'Goldilocks Zone' and making sure it had a proper atmosphere and all things needed to survive that we have on what we will now know as Earth Mark I (one). The inhabitants of Earth Mark II (two) will be the top 50 students from the 5 highest ranked schools in each of 21 countries. These countries in order from 1 to 21: Japan, South Korea, United Kingdom, Singapore, Russia, Finland, Canada, Netherlands, Ireland, Ethiopia, China, New Zealand, Norway, Belgium, Germany, Egypt, Estonia, U.S.A, France, Portugal, and Italy. The reason for choosing the best students is simple. We know that to have ranked highest in their schools they have discipline and a very good understanding of history among other subjects. This is essential because we not only need people who are innovative but can do it without killing the culture or traditions of their respective countries." His face was red and he stopped to inhale for a nanosecond before continuing. "This is our plan: We will have the students chosen and we will put them on a shuttle to Mark II. On arrival they will be able to leave the shuttle and use the base materials for making encampments until they can collect and create their own elementals. The rest is up to them. This is all the information that this groups need. Lets get this plan in action!"

The crowd roared and applauded and quickly started to run to their computers. They worked for three days straight compiling a database and getting the names of the people who would take this legendary voyage. At the end of day four the plans were ready and the people had been contacted. This was a time consuming process because the students had to pack, get to the space station, and do a long checklist of preparations before they could board the shuttle. It would take about three days Mark I time to get to Mark II. The shuttle was equipped with enough sleeping space for the 5,250 people to get safely to the planet. There was water aboard but only a little bit of food. Scientific research showed that three days with little to no food will regenerate the entire immune system. This might protect from some foreign diseases. The atmosphere was full of anticipation and within a month everyone was excitedly making their way onto the shuttle.
