IT'S DIFFICULT TO DESCRIBE the tension in the acting classroom when Tori Vega enters after the bell rings the next day, all heads turning toward her. Beck smiles lightly, whilst Jade is glaring in shock and Jennifer feels conflicted at her return. Her sister did everything possible to make sure the new girl stayed out of their way when it came to Beck, and yet here she is as if nothing happened. The boy nudges her, raising his eyebrows.

"Tori," Sikowitz greets after erasing the board of the previous lesson. "You're back. Have you ever thought about coming in through the window?"

A pause. "No?"

"Think about it. Now, sit, sit."

Out of the corner of her eye, Jennifer sees Beck smile to himself, looking at the ground for a moment before turning his attention back to the teacher. She nudges him back playfully, quirking her eyebrows up. He likes her already, she knew that. And it would bug Jade, and bugging Jade is their favorite thing to do.

"Okay, today we are going to do some Alphabetical Improv. 'What is Alphabetical Improv?' you ask, so I answer. It's when we give a letter to the first actor that speaks in the scene. If we used the letter 'A' as an example, then the actor must make his first word start with the letter 'A', which might go something like..."

He points to Beck for an example.

"Apples are falling out of my butt," the boy answers casually.

"Lovely. Now, the next actor who speaks must start his line with the next letter in the alphabet, in this case 'B', so he might say..." He presses his hands on Andre's shoulders for the next line.

"Bring those apples, so we may all enjoy the fresh fruit from Beck's butt," Andre says.

"Charming. Now, who wants to lead the first group?"

To Jenny's surprise, Tori raises her hand. "I do."

"Alright, Tori. Choose your actors."

"Okay. Andre, Cat, Beck, and Jade. Yeah, you."

Jennifer laughs and playfully punches Beck's arm. "Good luck with that," she tells him, receiving an eye roll in response. As she passes, Jade pushes forward her sister's head, then plants a possessive kiss on Beck's lips before they step onto the stage.

"Jade," Sikowitz says in disgust, "kiss your boyfriend on your own time."

"Oh, I will," the older twin says. Jennifer rolls her own eyes.

"Okay, if you start your line with the wrong letter—" He makes the sound of a buzzer "—you're out. Robbie, give us a letter."

"P."

"P!"

"Oh, I was gonna say 'P'!" Robbie yells at his puppet.

"Okay, the scene can be about anything you want. The first letter of the first line is 'P'. Tori, action."

"Please go take a shower," Tori says to Jade.

"Quit telling me what to do."

"Relax, girls," Beck cuts in. "Let's all try to get along."

Cat exclaims, "Totally!"

Sikowitz makes a buzzing noise. "Cat, your line had to start with the letter S."

"Salami!"

"Nope. Too late now."

"Oh, my life's the worst!"

Jenny pulls a Jolly Rancher out of her bag and says, "Here's a piece of candy."

"Yay! I love candy!" she says happily and jumps off the stage, running to the younger twin and taking the candy from her before taking a seat next to Robbie.
