Ok so imagine this Bokuto and Kyoutani as cousins
Like think about it Bokuto an out going crazy adventurer and constantly showers people in love and Kyoutani a introvert who doesn't care for many people or at least he doesn't show that he cares for many people
Just imagine Fukurōdani and Aoba Joshi having a practise match or something and the two just meeting "Hello KyouKen my fabulous angry short cousin how are you" But he doesn't say it to his face, he screeches it across the gym at him
Everyone on the Aoba Joshi team turns to look at him with one of the most dumfounded looks but Kyoutani is gone, literally he just walked away and is trying to pretend that he didn't hear any of that at all
"You can't ignore me forever I'll see you next week Ha" Kyoutani sprints away after that out burst, luckily Akaashi was there to stop Bokuto much to Kyoutani pleasure but Kyoutani knew that next week Akaashi won't be there but Bokuto will be
