This story will take place during elementary school and this before when haruo meet Oono.
STORY BEGINS NOW.
Miyao: Hey Haruo I heard that we got a new student and also I heard he was from America.
Haruo: well ok is he a boy or a girl.
Miyao: well he is a boy after all.
Haruo: well okay then we'll after school I was thinking about playing Street Fighter 2 wanna come with me.
Miyao: Sure I guess I got nothing do
Teacher: Alright class today we have a new student and he came from America and hey boy introduce yourself.

Y/N: My Name is Y/N and I like to play Games well specially Fighting Games and I like to play at the arcade a lot I and like to spend time with my friends and family and I'm am very passionate about games..
Miyao: wow he is similar to Haruo.
Haruo: Wow he likes game huh.

And then the class continues there lesson and after class is over and then somebody decides to talk to you.

So you guys are walking to the arcade and you said.
Y/N: omg this place is so beautiful I'm about to cry.

Y/N: HECK YEAH I LOVE PLAYING STREET FIGHTER 2.
Haruo: Wow who do you play?
Y/N: oh i play as chun Li she is my favorite.
Haruo: oh I play as Guile.
Y/N: oh Guile he is so good in Street Fighter 2 look how smooth he is!
Haroo: I KNOW RIGHT LIKE HE IS ONE OF THE BEST CHARACTERS IN MY OPINION!
Both you guys became good friends and then
Miyao: wow they got along really well together well at least he find a good friend.
Haruo: Alright Y/N Let's Street Fighter 2.
Y/N: ALRIGHT!
Both of guys getting ready for the fight and Miyao is just watching you guys play.
Haruo mind: Let's see how strong he is
Haruo: okay I choose my main man Guile.
Y/N: Okay I Choose CHUN-LI
Since both you guys picked your characters and then
