Prologue.

President Isabelle Rose was leaving the Governmental palace after a meeting with congress. She was flanked by agents in black suits, who were scanning the crowds. It was the year of 2439, in a year elections would be held. The nation of the New Washington Republic was in quite the controversy. A nation in the same galaxy, Manona, had experienced a communist take over after years of inequality and poverty. The New Washington Republic saw this new communist state as a threat to its national security. Rose wanted to peacefully co-exist with this communist nation, while Franklin Feud, a presidential candidate, wished to invade the nation, and overthrow the communist government.

Rose was probably going to win, as her term had been quite succesful. Under her adminstration, the NWR had made an alliance with the Journey's Chosen.

But war meant less weapons. And the CEO of Seattle Arms, Washington's most important weapons producer, had other plans...

As President Rose was walking down the steps, her face suddenly exploded... a fifty caliber had blown up a face like it was a melon. People started screaming, police and agents grabbed their arms. Suddenly, a second shot was heard. The killer had shot himself.

The New Washington Republic entered the new decade with a bang...

Later that year, Franklin Feud won elections, as Rose was the only one who may have won from him... His first act in office was to gather a strikeforce of ten billion Marines and half a million ships, and sail towards the nation of Manona...
