When Adelaide's brother and future king of Auradon, Ben, goes off to the Isle in search of his girlfriend Mal and gets himself kidnapped, Adelaide finds herself embarking on a mission to rescue him from a group of pirates.
However, she is intrigued by a certain guyliner-wearing pirate who went by the name of Harry Hook. They manage to save Ben and Adelaide assumes that she will never see her pirate ever again.
However, months later, when Auradon is under threat from a new villains and a sleeping curse, Adelaide and Harry cross paths again. And while they work together to save the kingdom, Adelaide finds herself falling in love with Harry.
