((I'll start calling him Jojo unless it's a.. romantic mood? Idk First names are usually used for special occasions if you only ever call them their nicknames.))

WHACK!

"OWW!!"

Sighing softly, you watched, as for the sixth time during this lesson, Jojo get his hand roughly slapped by the black ruler Mr. Joestar carried. You felt bad in a way, it was basic literature but even it confused you. But Mr. Joestar seem especially harsher on Jojo lately...

"You got it wrong again, Jojo! This is the sixth time! You've made the same basic mistake 6 times! I'll keep this up until you understand!" Mr. Joestar harshly said causing you to wince. You hated loud noise and fighting, or just yelling. It never brought happiness to either side or anything good.

Looking over at Jojo, he avoided your gaze out of sheer embarrassment as he cradled his red hand, a frown evident on his lips. He couldn't believe this, why was his father so harsh? Mr. Joestar sighed with annoyance as he looked sterner as he pointed at you and Dio. "Just look at those two Jojo! Y/n has gotten 18 correct while Dio has got all 20 questions correct!" He shouted as he pinched the bridge of his nose.

'Father.. why are you suddenly so harsh? I... normally you go easy on my mistakes, Geez.. Maybe I should focus more?' His direction of gaze was set on you, watching as you stared quizzically at the book, possibly not understanding most words.

'But she's too distracting. She looks so calm with being confused. It's charming. U-Ugh! I shouldn't let my thoughts wonder more!'

At around noon' it was the time for dinner. Everyone sat down at the table respectfully, Jojo on the left side of his father, and Dio on the right side of the dinning table. You sat respectively next to Jojo as you were all catered your food.

Smiling you thanked the servant and started eating, carefully cutting up the steak in front of you. Dio followed suit with a look of disgust as he watch Jojo eat. 'Pig. The way your eating makes me want to throw up.'

You looked over at Jojo next to you but smiled softly. Food littered his face, from the sauce to a little bit of crumb. He always had the habit of a messy eater, but it was a charming factor to you. The sound of chomping and chewing was all that filled the air, which was all made by Jojo himself as they all ate quietly.

"Ah!" Jojo gasped loudly as his elbow had accidentally knocked and spilt the red wine looking colored drink across the table. Soaking into the white sheets below, you could tell that would be a hassle to get out without staining even more.

Mr. Joestar slammed his fist roughly on the table causing you to jump in your seat, holding a hand over your chest, you tried to calm your alarming heart rate. "DO YOU CALL YOURSELF A GENTLEMAN, JOJO?!" His loud voice boomed which freaked you out.

Before Jojo could even remotely say anything, he was left speechless by his father's next words; all the while you felt terrified and Dio just watched the outcome, smirking oh so delightfully on the inside.

"Where are your manners!" Clicking his fingers, you watched in anticipation. "You can carry off Jojo's tableware." He declared to the servant causing Jojo to gasp loudly in shock. "EH!?" as he was about to retort his father continued which caused a shadow to cast down on your eyes.

"You will go WITHOUT dinner! Go to your room! Ever since Dio arrived I've realized I've been spoiling you! Look at Dio! His table manners are perfect!"

A twinge of pain and jealously panged through Jojo, he watched as he food was taken away. Biting his lip, he stood up not too abruptly and took off the napkin hanging around his neck. Looking over, even you could notice the slight tears well up.
