The Portrait and the Password

Neville didn't really now how he should react, yeah he liked Luna, but maybe they should stay in the friend zone. ' No one wants me anyway' he used to think. He was quite nervous, because he didn't really know what to say to her.

After the feast, Luna walked up to him. " Hi Nev!" She said with her dreamy voice. Neville was just about to greet her when the other Gryffindors showed up behind him.
Hermione hugged Luna tightly.

" Congrats Luna! I hate Ginny for not telling me" Luna just giggled. " Then it's me you should hate. I told her not to tell anyone"

Dean and Seamus said their congratulations to Neville as well, but Dean lifted Luna off from the ground and spun her around. ' What the hell....?' Neville thought. " I knew you would make it!" Dean said happily and put her down.

Neville felt a pang in his chest, actually, in his whole body. It didn't feel good at all when Dean was near her.
" Luna..? Maybe we should head up to our common room?" Neville said. Though he was happy he shared a common room with her while Dean didn't.

Luna was so nervous, she was happy that she got to be Head Girl, but with Neville? She really liked Neville, but she was sure that he didn't like her like that. They were just very good friends. ' No one would ever like me. Me and my nargles' she used to think.

When they were on the seventh floor, they realized that the the Room of Requierment was their common room.
They opened the door and first found a portrait they probably had to go through first.

They immediately recognized the person that was in the portarait. " Fred?!" Neville said surprisingly.

" Sup Longbottom?" Fred with a crooked smile, then his eyes went over to Luna. " Luna! How are you?" Luna smiled and blushed a bit. " I'm fine Fred. We're the new head girl and head boy!" She then exclaimed.

" Awesome! Your password is ' GryffinClaw' " Neville raised an eyebrow and first thought this was some of Fred's jokes.

" You're not joking, are you?" Fred shook his head.

" That's interresting, you put mine and Neville's house names together" Luna said.

" Yeah, and that's your password" Neville looked over to Luna, and she seemed to believe him, so he decided to do that as well.

" GryffinClaw" Neville said carefully and hoped he wouldn't make a fool out off himself in front of Luna by falling for Fred's joke.

But to his surprise, the portrait of Fred swung open and Luna climbed in.

" See?" Fred said with a smile and Neville climbed through and met Luna infront of a door.

" This must be it" she said with her dreamy voice. Neville nodded and opened the door. It was a big room with a couch and two armchairs and a warm fire. There was two doors, one on the left side and one of the right side.

Luna walked over to the right side while Neville walked over to the left one. They opened the door at the same time and said the same thing;

" This is your room"

The same night both Neville and Luna found it hard to sleep. Neville couldn't stop thinking about the girl he liked, and now she was more closer than ever. She was like 10 meters away or something.

Luna slept and woke up over and over again. She had horrible nightmares and it wasn't the first times. A few weeks before the school started the nightmares had been torturing her every night.
