"Quick, seperate." Peter knew what he was doing as he had done this plenty of times before today. He pulled Lola and Tiger Lily to the side with a jerk. Lola wouldn't have moved otherwise. Tiger Lily narrowly avoided being hit with a packet of dried beans.
Swift and nimble, however, Nibs managed to catch them and tuck them greedily into his trousers.
"Now not the time!" Tiger Lily shouted over to The Lost Boy.
Some of the Lost Boys ducked into the foliage of the trees, others such as Nibs and Curly stayed to catch the food that was being fired.
"The pirates really didn't think this through." Nibs commented as he snatched a can of something out of the air.
"That could have hurt though." Curly admitted.
"I guess." They were drawn into their conversation that much that a sack of potatoes hit Nibs in the head, causing him to become disorientated. He started to sink back to the ground.
Curly grabbed at his arm as best as he could. Lola saw him struggling and went to lend a hand.
Curly had one arm, Lola the other one as Nibs' eyes fluctuated between open and clothes.
"Let's drag him to the trees." Nibs was heavier than he looked. Together they attempted to start taking him over to The Lost Boys but fairy dust only lasts so long.
The dust was wearing off so all three of them were sinking to the ground now. Peter saw this and tried to grab Tink so that he could help them stay upright in the air.
Tink caught on and flew out of reach, not wanting to help Lola. She had nothing against any of The Lost Boys but she couldn't help be jealous of Lola. She saw the way that Peter looked at her. She didn't want to help her because of this look.
"TINK!" Peter harshly spoke to the fairy, shocking her into obeying him.
He gathered the fairy dust and sprinkled some on Lola who was quickly able to support both of The Lost Boys with Peter Pan's help.
They flew as fast as they could into hiding, the pirates cursing and shouting below as the bodies disappeared.
"That was close." Nibs breathed out as he rubbed the sore spot on his head.
"At least you got plenty of food," Tootles giggled.
"Is this what you do everyday?" Lola breathed, adrenaline flowing through her veins.
"Yeah, except The Lost Boys usually don't try and show off as much." Peter glared at the six round, cheeky faces.

After resting in the tree for several minutes, the group decided to carry in with their raid of the pirates' ship.
First out flew Nibs who had volunteered to lead the group. Soon after, Tootles stumbled into clear air ripping his sleeve as he did so.
The Twins skipped on air when they followed the clumsy Tootles.
Slightly, as conceited as he was, pushed his way past the rest and was followed by a sulky Curly who didn't appreciate his brother's attitude. He knew he should be used to it by now but he didn't think he ever would.
Tink and Tiger Lily then went out leaving Peter and Lola to fly out last. Tink constantly kept an eye on Lola, though.
Once everyone was safely out of the woods, they all swooped so they were closer to the pirate ships. Nibs an Curly were still being weighed down by the food that they had stashed like treasure in their pockets.
"The pirates are leaving!" Curly shouted as he pointed to the ship that was sailing away from the shore.
"Quick." Peter whispered to Lola as he took her hand. The two of them headed away from the group.
The Lost Boys, Tink and Tiger Lily advanced the ship from behind whilst Peter Pan and Lola decided to block the path of the pirates by going towards the bow of the boat.
Peter landed on the boat silently, Lola making din as she thumped to the wood.
"Ow, I think I've got a splinter." Lola harshly whispered to Peter.
He furrowed his eyebrows, and tilted his head to the side, universally acknowledged as 'what the heck does that mean?'
"Never mind." Lola flipped him off with a gesture of her hand. "Let's get these pirates."

Tiger Lily landed with Tink first, making sure that The Lost Boys would be safe; they'd all already been out in enough danger today and Tiger Lily had always deeply cared for all of them.
