……..1 year later
“LILY, WAKE UP!” Hunter yelled. Wait that’s not Hunter!
Before I could open my eyes, a cold feeling went through my body and I shot up almost instantly to see who it was; Connor.
“CONNOR!” I screeched. “What are you doing here?” I yelled excitedly. I jumped up and hugged my big brother.
Connor is twenty one. He left home to move to San Francisco with a couple of his friend. I rarely ever see him.
“I got here last night. Remind me never to wake Hunter up again. He chased me down the stairs!” He said with a serious face. I just laughed before pulling away.
“Yeah, well he’s usually the one to wake me up. He’s just not a morning person,” I said, making him give me a strange look.
“Ya think?” He replied, sending me into a laughing fit.
“The sass is real, people,” I said with a sassy voice. He just laughed.
“Come on and get ready. I’m taking you kidlings out to maccas,” he says looking up at the roof in deep thought.
“You miss it, ha-ha!” I replied smiling.
“Yeah, and every other memory with you guys,” he said smiling ear to ear. He soon snapped out of it and got up off my bed.
“Be read in 10 minutes. I have something to tell you guys.” He said, walking out the door.
“Okay, then,” I mumble to myself and get up to get ready.
I run to my closet and grab a plain black crop top and my denim high shorts. I walk to my bathroom, have a quick shower and then straighten my hair. I grab my dark blue converse and head down stairs with a smile.
“Hello, my lovely siblings!” I yell as I walk into the kitchen earning weird looks from everyone apart from Connor; he was smiling at me.
“Who are you and what did you do with my annoying and ignorant sister?” Hunter blurted out. I burst into a laughing fit at the fact he thinks I’m annoying and ignorant.
I probably am, but oh well - he is, too.
“Stop laughing,” he said with a serious face, causing me to laugh even more. By now, Sky and Connor were laughing as well.
“Sorry,” I replied once I stopped laughing, wiping the tears from my eyes.
“Well,” he said, getting up. He tapped his foot on the ground continuously.
“She had a nice sleep and woke up to see her nice, sweet and loving brother. Unlike the other one who is a bigheaded, jer-” I got cut off.
“Okay, enough,” Hunter said, a smile tugging at his lips. I stick my tongue out at him and he does the same in return.
Hunter and I may be siblings but he is still the biggest pain.
“Well, let’s go!” Connor yells holding the door open for us. As soon as Hunter and I get out the house, we look at each other and smirk.
“SHOTGUN!” I yell running to the car. Hunter decides to run faster than me, and when he’s about to pass me, he pushes me into the tree
“YOU WANT A WAR? BRO, YOU GOT ONE!” I yell narrowing my eyes at him causing him to laugh. I start sprinting toward the car and stick my foot out luckily he doesn’t notice and trips over me.
I make it to Connors car and sit in the passenger seat staring at my older brother who is glaring at me. He opens his mouth but soon closes it making me smirk.
“What, cat got your tongue?” I ask with a giggle
“You cheated!” He yelled getting up off the ground walking towards the car grumpily.
“Oh, but dearest brother, you pushed me into a tree. I think were even,” I say with an innocent smile, trying to hold back my laughter.
“I swear,” Connor states, “you two could start a World War Three just by one of you stealing the others toothbrush,” Connor says and I burst out laughing. But he was right; we could if we wanted to.
I hear the door behind me slam shut.
“Oh, Mr Cranky Pants is back,” I say with a smirk.
“Shut up,” he replies angrily.
“Is everyone hungry, or what?” Connor asks. My brother and my sister reply with a ‘yes’.
“Then legoooo!” I yell excitedly.
Around ten minutes later, we arrive. Sky and I run to a four seated table sit down and wait for the boys to come before we order.
