"Okay so there's a party that's being thrown at Maddy's." I said as we sat cross-legged across from each other in the hospital.
Rue was being released tomorrow and I wanted to make her release day special.
"C'mon I don't wanna hear anyone's opinions about me being an addict crackhead." Rue whined.
"No one will mess with you. I swear."
She agreed and I ranted to her about the outfits and hair.
All this had to get my mind off of my secret.
"So are you excited about getting released?" I boasted.
"No."
"Why?" I asked confused.

"Because I have to go to this shitty party." Rue answered.
I rolled my eyes in annoyance.
"Shut up, you'll enjoy it and then you'll thank me." I laughed.
