M: Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu! It's great to be interviewing an amazing writer like you! Congratulations on your success!

Q: Wa alikum as salam, the pleasure is all mine to do this interview. Thank you yet once again.

M: Okay, so let's begin with this interview! Firstly, what's your name?

Q: Sure. My real name is something I always like to hide and prefer the pen name, but its Amani Albalooshi.

M: Oh, that's a pretty name. Ma Sha Allah. What's your date of birth? And where do you live?

Q: I live in Dubai, UAE. My date of birth... can I keep it a secret, please?! But I am in my early twenties in University.

M: Niiice! Ha ha, sure! How many siblings do you have and which number are you?

Q: I have 5 siblings and I am the last one.

M: Oh, that's cool! So you might obviously be the most pampered one in the family, right?

Q: Not really no, my younger brother who is older than me is the pampered one.

[Editor's Note (J): Boys, huh? Lol. 🤭]

M: Awh man! Are you single or committed?Oh and what is the main theme of your book, 'Prince of Knights'?

Q: I am single, too much to achieve before I shackle myself.

[Editor's Note (Jasmin): Shackle? Hmm, interesting... I wonder if any of the married ladies (or the non-existent brothers lol) here agree with that statement! 😆]

Q: The main theme as in category or just a theme?

M: Not the category. The main theme / gist of the book? What is it all about?I'm waiting to read your book since 2 years!!! But it isn't completed and I just can't handle curiosity sooo...I'm Sha Allah, once it's completed, I'll read it. But for now let's know what is it about.

Q: Well, the book is based on the Bedouin life. It's about Faris, leader of the Borkan tribe, and Raghad, daughter of Rashideen tribe. Their tribes are sworn enemies since Faris's grandfather murdered Raghad's grandfather and the blood feud runs is generations. However, now Raghad's brother kills a man from the Borkan tribe and Faris along with his knights comes to terminate the Rashideen tribe, however, due to some elders, there are talks of a treaty between the tribes. If no blood is to be spilled, then there shall be another alternative, which is the hand of the leader's daughter to the son of the Borkan family. Faris's marriage to Raghad. And that is how the story continues, however, there are many secrets it is not just two people marrying there are others who want to drench the tribes in blood and eradicate them for good. Faris catches a whiff of this thing and works to find those behind evil wishes. The story has 50 chapters already only 3-4 are left. I hope you enjoy reading it. It'll take some time to finish since I am busy with studies and internship even though I desperately want to finish writing it and start book 2.
