" mommy when do i see daddy " i looked at him sadly " i dont know baby daddy hasnt spoken to mommy or contacted her at all even tho he knows about you " " does daddy not love mommy " " daddy is unpredictable honey so i dont know if he loves mommy i mean who knows maybe hes with someone else " he looked like he wanted to cry and i felt my heart break at the thought of him crying and the thought of lucas with someone else " cmon baby its time for school and mommy has to go to work ok " he nodded and got ready for school and i drove him there it was going to be his first day of pre-k and didnt wanna leave my side when we got there " baby you gotta go to class ill come pick you up in a few hours and you come back to work with me ok " " ok mommy " " alright baby ill see you later " and with that he walked away and i drove to work.
a few hours later my phone rings and luckily i was on break and about to go pick up hudson and come back to work " hello " " hi is this ms. evans " a woman's voice said " yes this is she " " i just wanted to inform you that your son was picked up a few minutes ago by a man " my heart skipped a beat " and you let him go " " he said he was his father " " and you decided to just let him go with my son without my consent " i hung up and looked at linda and told her what happened and she told me i could take the rest of the day off.
i rushed home and saw a car in the driveway and rushed inside
