Anastasia's P.O.V
As we drive home I let Calum sit in the front so he can get a better view of everything. I sip up the rest of my drink , everyone finished their doughnuts so now we are all just talking about the school district and things to do here. Thats when my mom says ¨Anastasia will take you out tomorrow and show you around and bring you places, sound good?¨ He nods his head and say's ¨yes ma'm¨.
¨oh honey call me Cara¨ he nods again and Im just chilling in the backseat being quiet because im not sure on what I should say. My mom speaks again ¨are you guys hungry?¨ once she says that I get excited as hell because i love food and i wanna go to Acorn. ¨Um yes.. can we go to Acorn?¨ Calum turns to face me confused ¨Acorn?¨ he says puzzled. I nod and say ¨Acorn is a restaurant near our house it has everything and is so good.¨ Ï seem to excited over food , he chuckles and says ¨Sounds good to me , ill take you're word on it. This is gonna be the first bite of American food other than that doughnut.¨
My mom says ¨alright Acorn it is.¨. My phone starts buzzing and I see its Kristen calling me. Kristen is my best friend we've known each other for like ever. I pick up my phone and press it to my ear.
Me: ¨Hello¨
Kristen: ¨Hey are you home ? did you pick up the exchange kid?¨
Me: ¨Yes we just picked him up we are going to get something to eat right now.¨
Kristen: ¨Oooo does he have an accent ? IS HE HOT?¨
Once she says that Calum glanced at me . I want to mentally punch myself and Kristen in the face . Now he knows what she said so im not sure if I should answer honestly orrrrr.....
Me: ¨Yeah ¨
Kristen: ¨oh my god? can i go for him.¨
I feel a pang of jealously in my stomach but I dont know why I just met him why would I be jealous.. Im just gonna be honest.
Me:¨no , no you cant¨
Kristen whines and says
Kristen:¨boo you whore¨
and I hang up, Calum glances back at me and gives me a sweet smile which makes me wanna melt in my seat. He seems so sweet and innocent. How can someone be so cute and seem so innocent but have a body like that? He's hiding something I know it.
