"Chan just texted me," Felix said, putting his phone down, "he's asking if we can go to his cafe and keep him company during break."

This was a normal occurrence on Saturdays. The boys would normally be at one of their houses and they'd get a text from Chan asking them to go to his cafe. They never complained though, he gave them discounts and it was never really boring. It was always fun to watch other people in the cafe. Last time they were there a couple were having a fight, the end result was a glass of water being thrown in some guys face and his girlfriend walking out. Jisung would be lying if he said he didn't laugh.

"Jisung? Do you wanna go?" Hyunjin said, looking over at the boy sat on the floor, knees pulled up to his chest.

He was still in shock from the previous day. He had gone over everything that had happened a few...hundred times, but he still had so many unanswered questions. Did they breakup? Or are they still together? Did Jisung deserve it? Did he go too far? Should he have said what he was about to say? Was he clingy? Was he annoying? Should he apologise to Byungjoon? Should Byungjoon apologise to him? Would he even accept the apology?

"Jisung?" Hyunjin called his name.

"Yeah, let's go."

He needed to distract and distance himself from his thoughts anyway.

"No.." Jisung rubbed at the bruise on his cheek, expecting it to just disappear. He stopped almost immediately though, having found out that, yes, rubbing the bruise will hurt.

He had originally gone into the bathroom to brush his teeth, but after looking in the mirror, he was quickly distracted by the pink and red colour on his cheek.

It wasn't easily noticeable. But, he knew that if somebody looked close enough, they'd see it fairly quickly.

"Jisungie!" Jisung was enveloped in a hug after hearing what sounded like Jeongin shout his name.

"Innie," He said after pulling away, "You coming to the cafe with us?"

"Yeah, the hyungs told me to tell you to hurry up," he squinted, and inspected his face, "Where's that bruise from?"

"Ah..is it noticeable?" His hand shot to his cheek.

"Not, really? Why, how'd it happen?"

"Byungjoon..he slapped me." He awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck.

He didn't feel like explaining himself every time someone saw the bruise, but he was starting to feel like that was what was going to happen.

"WHAT? I'M GONNA KILL HIM! WHY WOULD HE DO THAT, OH MY GOSH HE BETTER WATCH, THE NEXT TIME I SEE HIM I SWEAR TO G-"

"Jeongin, you couldn't hurt a fly, it's fine, I'm okay."

"Flies are actually pretty hard to hurt, but trust me, I'll kill him if you want me to." Jeongin wore a bright smile, which definitely didn't match with the words that had just left his mouth.

"I'm okay Jeongin. I'll be out in a second, I just need to brush my teeth."

"Okay." The younger replied already half way out the door. "But next time I see him, I'm gonna give him a piece of my mind."

"Holy fucking shit!" Hyunjin screamed and clung onto Jisungs arm. Drawing the attention of parents and elders, who were now giving them disgusted looks.

They had only been in the cafe for ten minutes and he was already making a scene.

"What is it!" Jisung hissed, feeling his cheek grow hotter by the second. He was embarrassed.

"There's a spider on the table!" He once again shouted, not making any effort in being quieter than the first time.

Now everyone at their table was screaming. Everyone except Jisung. Felix and Jeongin were hugging one another, as if they were about to die and Hyunjin was desperately trying to push Jisung out of the booth they were sitting at so he could get out from the table.

Chan was still working but he'd be on break in around five minutes. Which meant that Jisung would have to put up with the other three boys screaming for another five minutes. Or he could get rid of the spider himself, problem is, he too, is scared of spiders.

Obviously, his fear isn't as severe as the others. But he still got chills thinking about going any closer to the fairly small creature on the table.

Now, there was definitely a scene, the majority of the customers in the cafe were either watching the boys with amusement or annoyance.

One lady had even warned Hyunjin for swearing by shouting a quick and stern, "Language!" at him.

"Guys, sit down." Jisung said through gritted teeth. "The spider won't hurt you, you're just making a scene."

The three boys hesitantly returned to their seats and Hyunjin punched Jisungs upper arm, "Kill it!" He said, this time not screaming, which he was thankful for.

Rolling his eyes, Jisung picked up an empty glass, flipped it upside down and placed it over the spider.

"Okay, everybody calm now?" He glared at the other boys sitting around him.

"Sorry, hyung." Jeongin replied, "Hyunjin's just dramatic, you know?"

"Hey! you little brat, you were scared too." Hyunjin replied, giving the trapped spider a worried glance, after he threw a small piece of bread at Jeongin.

And they had already moved onto a new subject. That was the thing about this friendship. Nothing was really dwelled on. If anyone had an argument, it was more than likely that the next day they'd be fine, pretending the whole thing never happened. That's what Jisung loved, his friends didn't hold grudges.

"Hey guys, that was quite a show," Chan said, appearing out of nowhere and sitting next to Jeongin. "Very entertaining."

"But it's over now, so don't bring it up again, Hyunjin's traumatised." Jeongin laughed and looked at the tall boy, who had his lip caught between his teeth and eyes fixated on the glass.

Jisung hit the anxious boy on the back of the head and said, "Stop looking at it."

"Hey Jisung!" Felix wiggled his eyebrows at the boy, already changing conversation, "Your knight in shining armour is here."

Jisung turned towards the door, curious as to who his 'knight in shining armour' was. And immediately locked eyes with his the devil himself, he shook his head. Lee Minho.
