After a rather chaotic game of jenga we decided to order pizza. "Yo, will pizza places even still be open at 9pm?" Jack shouts loud enough that it echos through Sophia's living room and kitchen. "Obviously dipshit." Finn smacks the back of Jack's head as Jack scrunches his face up and looks at him. "But wait, the storm, no place will be delivering." Jaeden said and we all looked at eachother. "Well, homemade pizza it is! Who's up for helping me make it?" Me, Wyatt and Chosen all shot our hands up as Finn made an over dramatic fake yawn. "I'm just.. so.. tired." It's hard to believe he's a professional actor because from what I just saw.. sheesh. "We'll just watch a movie and I'll try not to go insane having to deal with they two." Jaeden said jumping up on the couch and gesturing to Jack and Finn. "Fine. Coming guys?" Sophia motions us into the kitchen and me, Wyatt and Chosen followed. "How do you make pizza?" Chosen said from behind me. "I don't know, I'll google a recipe." Sophia laughs.
*•°*.mini time skip (15/20 mins later)*•°*.
We were a mess, we were now in teams of two trying to see who could make the best pizza. It was me and Wyatt on one team and Chosen and Sophia on the other. Chosen and Sophia were at the other side of the kitchen and they looked to be really close. "Who would've thought? Sophs and Cho?" I said to Wyatt who was trying to spread the tomato purée evenly on the pizza base. "They've always been really close. We all ship them." As he said the word 'them' he quickly scooped a bit of tomato purée and dolloped it on my nose, I stood there looking at him wide mouthed and he just laughed at me. Sophia had her echo dot playing music in the background when, i think you're really cool by guardin came on. (a/n i'd listen to it while reading this part <3) As the guitar started me and Sophia looked at each other and jumped onto her counter and started doing air guitar dramatically and dancing terribly, we jumped down as the first verse started. She grabbed Chosen's hands and was dancing with him and that's when Wyatt decided to start dancing with me. I was mouthing along to the words and he was smiling at me, just smiling. He put his hands in mine and we were just dancing and I didn't really realise what the lyrics were until I mouthed to him, fuck love it's all a lie, I can't sleep I'd rather die. See that look in your eye, sucks that I'm not your guy. As I mouthed that, towards the last few words, the pace we were dancing at slowed down but from the corner of my eye I could see Chosen and Sophia still dancing. Wyatt and me were still dancing just slower and more thoughtful I guess? He took his jumper sleeve and wiped the bit of tomato purée that was still on my nose, I blushed and looked at my feet when he put his hand on my cheek and looked at me smiling.
*PING*
"Our pizza's ready!" Chosen shouted and me and Wyatt whipped around, "Shit, we haven't even put cheese on ours yet." I said grabbing my hair and the three others laughed at me.
*•°*.time skip (later that night)*•°*.
I woke up randomly, I was dying for a drink. I checked my phone and noticed it was 4:52am. It was still dark and cloudy outside and the sun wasn't quite ready to rise yet, I slowly got up off of the couch and stepped over Jaeden and multiple plates of pizza crusts lying around the floor. I make my way into the kitchen and literally almost screamed when I noticed Wyatt sitting at the breakfast bar on his phone. "Wyatt, it's five in the morning what are you doing?!" I whisper-shouted at him and he turned to face me. "I woke up like an hour ago and couldn't get back to sleep, the storm was giving me the chills." He said and shook his head, I walked over to the cupboard, took a glass out and ran the cold tap for water. "Why are you up anyway?" He asked looking up from his phone and finally setting it down. "I don't know, must've had a bad dream. I can't remember." I said taking a swig from the glass of cold water. "Looks like I'm not the only one who's scared." He smirks at me. "I'm not even tired anymore." I groaned at him. "Hey, I have an idea. Sophia has a dvd player and a sofa downstairs in the basement. Why don't we grab some blankets and a movie and sit down there so we don't wake them up?" Wyatt said getting up from the chair excitedly like a child. "Sure, why not." I smiled at him. We made our way downstairs and set up some blankets on the sofa, after putting the movie in we both got comfy. About 20 minutes into the movie, it was a terrible movie by the way High School Musical is sooo overrated, he put his arm around me and I rested my head on his shoulder. That's the last thing I remember.
