Aria POV:

It was really cold Sunday. The wind was gusting, and it was starting to snow, but I didn't mind. I loved the look of fresh fallen snow every where. The shade of white had always been appealing to my eyes.

I was bored out of my mind and it was only 11:00, So I decided to call Spencer. She picked up on the second ring. "Hello?"

"Hey Spence, wanna go for brunch or something?" I asked her, lately I haven't been feeling the whole "team-Sparia" since she brought Ezra into her house. But for whatever reason, she did it out of love and it's time to make immense.

"Um, sure! I'll meet you at the grill in 20?" She responded, snapping me out of my thoughts.

I nodded, then rolled my eyes realizing the couldn't see me agree. "Sounds good."

Spencer POV:

I sat at our table, waiting for Aria to arrive. I felt like crap the last few weeks for basically throwing her into such a dick-head, but for some strange reason she decided to move past it, so I will too.

Just then, she walked in the door. She looked like she hadn't gotten a blink of sleep and had over caffeinated to cover it up. Actually, that's exactly the case. She sighed and sat down, looking more restless by the minute.

"Hey." She said.

"Hi." I said.

We looked at each other and started into a giggle fit.

After wiping my tears, I looked at her being as serious I could at this point. "Aria, I'm-"

"So sorry." She finished my sentence.

"I just want to put it behind us." I said, taking a deep breath.

"I couldn't agree more." She stated, reaching for my hand. "Team Sparia always prevails!" She exclaimed.

After we finished out cheesy fries, I had to ask the question.

"So um, have you heard for Ezra?"

She just stared at her now-empty plate. I felt a rush of sickness come over me. Why did bring this up? Things were going so well.

"Actually, yeah. This morning.." She said quietly, still not making eye contact with me.

"What?! Wait this morning?"

"I called him, okay? I missed him and I was tired so I thought what the hell so I pressed his number and-"

"Aria, stop." She turned and looked at me, now she was worried I was going to judge her.

"You're rambling. Which can only mean one thing.."

She looked at me strangely, confused on what I meant.

"You aren't over him, at all."

Aria just stared at me.

"What? Am I wrong?"

She shook her head no. "I guess I never really heard anybody say it out loud since before I found out about his, 'double life.'"

I patted her hand, "I'll always have your back." We smiled at each other.

I acted like what she was facing wasn't a big deal, and I always knew there would be a part of her that would always feel something for him, but to be honest, I didn't know how on Earth I was going to get Ezra back at Rosewood.
