"Dude. Wake up. Mom said to tell you to get your ass out of bed and bring your bags to the car. We leave for the airport in two hours" my step sister, Stephanie told me in a bitchy tone
I sighed and got out of bed, throwing on a green day tee and black skinny jeans, pulling on my black high top chuck Taylor's and started dragging my suitcases up the down the stairs from the attic, out the front door and into the car. And yes. My so called family made me sleep in an attic. Way to show the love guys. After a few short minutes my stuff was all in the car
I shoved my blanket and pillow into a duffel bag and then quickly applied eyeliner, and black lipstick before throwing my makeup into a carry on bag along with my laptop, phone and chargers for the both, and a change of clothes for when we were close to landing. I placed my headphones around my neck and took one last glance at my now barren empty room before heading out into the living room and following my family out to the car.
I placed my duffel bag next to my single suitcase in the trunk-I didn't own enough belongings to have more than one suitcase. I wasn't allowed to.-and got into the backseat, sitting quietly as we drove off so as not to disturb the upper class individuals that I dare call my family.
-
First Class. First fucking Class. That's where my family is. But you know where they placed me?
Economy Class.
It's like they were that embarrassed to have me as their daughter and sister that they just forgot to include me in their upper class festivities. Bitches.
I plugged in my headphones and blasted Rise Above by Black Flag and just tried to relax
That is until someone decided to disturb my peace and quiet, I sighed annoyingly and glanced to my left to see who was disturbing me.
I quickly began to freak out on the inside because the man sitting next to me was none other than Billie Joe friggen Armstrong.
"You're a fan I see?" He said as we were told to buckle our seatbelts for takeoff or whatever
"Why would you be sitting in this class?" I asked and he laughed, it sounded so beautiful.
"Just because I'm famous doesn't mean I want to sit with people who think they're the shit y'know. Plus there's a very annoying couple with a daughter in first class." He said and shuddered at the mere mention of the annoying family. And I knew exactly who he was talking about
"Funny story. That's my family Billie" I said and he started freaking out and apologizing before a look of confusion came across his face
"Wait. If your family is, y'know, in first class why are you all alone out here?" He asked and I sighed and leaned against the window
"They felt it was too embarrassing to be seen in first class with their less popular, freak of a daughter. So here I am." I said and he wrapped an arm comfortingly around me
"You're not a freak y'know. And hey ya know what? Give me your phone," he demanded and I quickly handed it to him and he looked at me stupidly.
"Unlock it" he stated the obvious and I did so and handed it back to him
"Nice tunes." He said smirking before typing in random things and handing it back to me
Holy shit. I have Billie Joe Armstrong's phone number!
"If they ever call you a freak again, give me a call. I'll come over and I doubt they'll call me, a famous person a freak as well y'know?" He said and I smiled and nodded at him
