The Chase

Chapter 1

Here I was now walking behind some of the most obnoxious people you may ever meet in your entire life, and here they annoying the hell out of me, oh I forgot to mention that these obnoxious people were somehow my friends Matt and Thomas.

We met when we were in elementary school so we had known each other for a while now but that still didn't change the fact that ninety percent of the time I wanted to kill them. Anyway we were walking to the bus stop and all of a sudden I saw Katie gossiping to her friends about somebody again, I never really liked drama but here I am always in it.

I turned my head to see Katie and Her "Squad" walking towards, I mentally prepared myself for her insults but they never came, she just sweetly smiled and started to compliment me? I knew she was just trying to hide up the fact that she was actually a devil because of Antonio also being one of my friends, but I also knew I shouldn't call her out on it because she has so much power over me, because of her being one of my ex- best friends, meant she knew some of my deepest secrets.

I honestly dozed off after the second word she said, she then started to get annoyed with me so she literally pushed me to the ground to get me to stop dozing off, I looked at her as if she were crazy, and there she goes again with her sweet but devilish smile only I knew of, my friend Matt helped me up and glared at Katie for what she did to me, but I just told him under my breath that it fine and, he just nodded and left me alone with Thomas and Katie.

I knew this would have been a bad idea but I did it anyway, I asked Thomas if he could leave so me and Katie could catch up, but little did I know that this was her plan all along, was to get me all alone with none of my friends by my side, she started to yell at my face about how disrespectful and rude I was to her, I just stared at her and once she was finished she looked as if she was in tears but I was the only one that knew those tears were completely fake.

I started to get so fed up with all of her friends and just her alone was like a living hell, I was so close to punching her in the face but I knew if I did everybody at the school would hate me and I would get suspended, so I just nodded and replied with an

"Katie could you just stop making my life a living hell just for a couple of seconds, thank you it would be great."

She just rolled her eyes and she walked off, I was so proud of myself for finally standing up for myself and not others having to do that for me, but deep down I knew after I had said that Katie would be back to her same old game of "sweet but really a huge bitch", I started to walk to my house instead of getting on the bus today because I told myself it would be way quicker than having to wait an hour to get to my house because of other peoples stops.

On my way home I started to see the same person I saw back In Miss Addams class, I saw it wasn't moving and I was kind of confused, but I just kept walking because of not knowing what to do. I soon felt a bit more paranoid so I started to run, I don't know why but it was just an instinct I had have since I was just a little girl.

I arrived at my house in about thirty minutes and I unlocked the door, I walked in and locked the door behind me I then went up to my room to study for my exam again. About 1-2 hours later I realized that it was almost twelve o' clock in the damn morning. I went to fall asleep but before I did that I had to make sure all doors and windows were locked, I checked and all doors and windows and thankfully they were all locked so I headed back up to my room and went straight to bed, but all I could dream about was the person no not person but creature figure I had saw at my school today.

All I was hoping for was hopefully not ever seeing it again
