When Tom finally arrived at the scene he checked Gladys's pulse "still breathing, but you put her in to a life threatening coma Alice" Alice smiles at the fact that she almost killed Gladys, "well it was self defense." "Yeah I know, we will just get her out of here and we'll be on our way" Tom gets his crew to carry Gladys out of the house. Just before they picked her up she woke up, when she finally realized where she was she saw Alice who was hugging Jb "I'll be back for my kids and husband" When Fp heard that final statement his blood started to boil "Listen here Gladys I'm not yours and neither are my kids" Alice saw how upset Fp was getting, she walked over to him and grabbed his arm and gave him a kiss. She then turned to Gladys and smirked "my man now, and plus he already signed the divorce papers you sent. So technically you aren't Mrs. Jones anymore Gladys, now get the hell out" since Gladys was up Tom grabbed her by the arms and placed handcuffs on her "Gladys you are under arrest for trespassing, attempted murder, assault, attempting kidnapping, do you need me to keep going?" Alice and Fp finished cleaning Jellybeans room when they got a text from Hermione telling them to meet her at pops. Alice agreed right away, even though her north side self absolutely hated Hermione, but that was just a lie she was living Hermione was her best friend so she was more than willing to help her." But Fp on the other hand didn't want to go, that's until Alice convinced him. When they arrived at pops they walked in to see Fred and Hermione sitting in the booth together talking. They walked over and sat down "Now that you guys are here I have to tell you that...." Hermione hesitates for a second so Fred puts his arm around her "me and Hiram got a divorce" Alice noticed how upset Hermione was "what's wrong Mione you should be happy" " I am it's just-" Alice whispers something to Fp and he then turns to Fred " Fred a word please, they need time alone" Fred nods his head and leaves the booth with Fp, Hermione continues " it's just that I kind of ticked Hiram off because he found out about me and Fred, I'm afraid he is going to do something to him" a tear falls from Hermione's eyes, Alice grabs her hand and hugs her " he isn't gonna bother you or Fred, and if he does he will pay" "thanks Alice, you really are a great friend" Alice was taken aback by her words "I'm surprised you still consider me as a friend after how I acted for the past 22 years." The two men that were outside came back in to tell the women that they should get going. Alice and Fp were in the car when Alice received a text. After Alice and Fp grabbed clothes they arrived at Fred's house. When Hermione let them in she was greeted by Archie,Veronica, Betty ,Jughead, and Kevin. "Uhm Hermione why are they all here" Hermione hesitated but finally told her " they all got threats from Hiram" Alice gave a worried look, everyone sat in silence until Veronica broke it " so where exactly are we all going to sleep" Hermione quickly answered "Archie and Veronica in his room, Betty and jug in the guest room across the hall from me and Fred, Kevin room in the attic, and Alice, Fp master bedroom" "and mom, what are we going to eat." The boys can go pick up food from pops" Fp and Fred look at each other and then at Hermione, Fp leads the boys out of the house. While the women were having a conversation Alice gets a text from an unknown person I heard what happened between your friend and Hiram, so we teamed up with each other, penny, and her Goulies, watch you back bitch-Gladys. Alice gasps "what's wrong Ms.S" Veronica says, Alice stares blankly and shows Veronica the text. "Who the hell is Gladys and why is she teaming up with my idiot of a father" " she's Fp's ex wife, she is only doing this because Fp is in love with me and Jb started calling me mom" "ok but wh-" Hermione sees Alice's face and sends Betty and Veronica to their rooms. After they were gone Alice texted Fp which friends house is Jb at again xx- Alice. five seconds later she gets a response she is staying with her friend Anna, why Ali xx- Fp I just wanted to make sure my child is safe, get home soon xx- Ali, Alice put her phone down and headed into the kitchen to find Hermione on the floor crying, Alice runs to her and pulls her into a hug. While they were hugging the front door opens. Fp, Fred, Jug, Archie, and Kevin walked into the house. Hermione quickly wiped her face, Alice grabs Hermione's hand and they both walked into the living room, Fp dismissed the boys to their rooms " Ali what's wrong it looks like you have been crying" Fp says in a worried tone, Alice handed him her phone and he read the messages. "So Gladys is upset, but I doubt she would work with penny and Hiram" "well she obviously is because Hermione also got the same text just from Hiram" Fred had an Alarmed but angry look on his face "we should talk about this in the morning when the kids aren't here." Fred gestures Hermione to their room and Alice grabs Fps arm and took him upstairs.
The next morning Alice was the first to wake up. She went downstairs and decided to make breakfast for everyone. After the kids were out of the house the adults continued the conversation from yesterday. "So why exactly is Gladys upset" Fred says Alice smirks and responds "because Her ex husband loved me since high school and her daughter considers me more of a mother than her." Hermione smiled at how proud Alice was of Jb and Fp. Fp suddenly came down stairs fully dressed and trying to rush out of the door, that was until Alice stopped him "woah where are you going" "Serpent meeting" "well I'm coming with you, let me get dressed" Fp didn't even bother to argue he already knew he wasn't gonna win.
