Reader p.o.v

Your face was still red. Laying with your face towards the cave wall while holding your head. He still held you here. Well sort of. But it was probably better here in a cave then outside alone with those wild animals. You didn't wanted to be their dinner. You turned your head as sans slithered in. "Hey kid? I have a question" he said. You turned your body and head towards him. "Alright" you said sitting up. He stopped in front of you and scratched the back of his skull. "Those scars..." He began. "How did that happen?" He asked. You turned your back to him and lifted up your dress. Revealing your poor back. He leaned closer as he stroked your back. It was gentle. Very gentle. Your heart was racing a bit more then it should. And it wasn't because he was a giant lamia who could devour you but because you slowly began to like him.

"I don't remember anything from my past. Only that I woke up in a dark room where I stayed a few years. I don't know what my purpose was but they just did experiments on me. They didn't meant to hurt me, it was a accident. But then suddenly I got released" you said. Your hand half turned so you could stroke your scars.
"So you say if we meet then again I shouldn't kill them?" He said. You almost choked laughed. "Calm down tiger" you said. It's was nice to have friend. Ot talk to someone about it. You pulled back your dress as you turned and hugged his face. He did not expect this.

Because he was big you almost couldn't wrap your arms fully around his neck. He placed a hand on your lower back as he hugged back. Was this the feeling of love?. It felt nice. He pulled away. "I uh, you're free" he said looking away. He was letting you go?. "Why?" You asked. You could see sadness on his face. "Because I can" he said. You rubbed your upper arm. "And what if I don't wanna go?" You said. He was mean, big and disgusting. But somehow it didn't bother you anymore. "If I go without you to protect me then I'll just end up for someone's dinner, and it's probably days to a town. And I slowly begin to like it here" you said. Of course the cave wasn't that great. But maybe you could build a bed to sleep more comfortable. "Stay here" he said as he slithered away.

But you followed him till he disappeared between the bushes and trees. That sting. It felt like he said ' as long as you don't bother me'. You sat back down on the ground.

Not noticing the location tracker under your skin in your arm. The one who installed that made sure you slept. So you couldn't remember them doing this.
