"Hey Mike what's up?" Beca asks as she's walking around campus.
"I just got a call asking if maybe you'd preform at a charity event about thirty minutes from Barden, would you be interested?" Mike asked.
"Yeah totally but what charity?" She asked.
"It's for all sorts of things, childhood cancer, lgbtq+ support, there's more I just can't remember them" he told her.
"Yeah I'll totally do it, it's it okay if I preform the songs I've been recording though instead of my released songs?" She asked.
"Yeah That should be fine. I'll text you the details. It's tomorrow at two" he told her before hanging up.

Beca smiled as she continued her walk. She was excited to preform again, especially with the Bellas in the crowd because she's knows they'll definitely be there.

She arrived back home and smiled when she was greeted by her favorite redhead.
"Hey Bec" Chloe said excitedly.
"Hey Chlo, what's up?" She asked as she hung her jacket up.
"Oh nothing, just missed you" she said.
"Chlo I was gone for thirty minutes tops" Beca said rolling her eyes jokingly.
"Still, I just got you back the way I wanted, forgive me for wanting to be clingy" Chloe said following her into the kitchen.
"Don't worry, you being clingy is cute" Beca said with a smile.
"So how was your walk?" Chloe asked.
"Good, Mike called. I was invited to preform at a charity event, of course I accepted." Beca told her.
"That's great! When is it?" Chloe asked.
"Tomorrow at two, you and the Bellas coming?" Beca asked.
"Yep! Wouldn't miss it" Chloe smiled.
"Good, I better go run through my songs, I'm gonna do new ones" Beca said before leaving to head upstairs.

The next day rolled around and Beca couldn't be more excited. She woke up around nine and got ready. She left around 11:30 to head over for sound check and rehearsal.

Two o'clock rolled around and Beca was announced on stage. She laughed as she could hear the Bellas yelling for her. She ran out.
"What up everybody!" She yelled into the mic.
The crowd cheered in return.
"It's awesome to be here with you guys today. I'm gonna treat y'all with some unreleased songs instead okay?" She asked and was met with cheers.
"Okay, this first song I wrote after breaking up with my girlfriend of five years. It's called 'About you'" Beca said before stepping away for the mic.

Chloe could feel tears welling up in her eyes as she listen to the lyrics. She could hear the pain in Beca's voice as she sang. Chloe smiled though, knowing that everything was okay between them now.
