"I don't see why I have to go" I complained to TyTy trying to get out of going to this Halloween party.
"You don't have anything better to do with yourself, plus you have to meet Beyoncé in order to schedule an interview." He said matter of factly.
"Who the hell is Beyoncé?" I thought to myself more confused than ever.
"She's the CEO of Knowles Enterprises and I asked Meek to ask Nicki if she could get you an interview. She got you a conversation which might lead to you getting a formal interview. Which is the reason why you're going to put on that damn costume and get your ass in the car." He explained catching on to my confused facial expression.
I haven't had a job in a month which means absolutely no income. I don't even feel like a real man at this point. My kids and I are all depending on Ty which is a lot to put on one person. I'm beyond grateful for him and Meek getting me this opportunity.
"Quick question, what's the position I'm even asking her about. I didn't even finish college." I asked getting in the car.
"Nigga you better put what you did learn to work. Sell yourself. Now I'm not sure if Nicki told her about your situation or not but if she did I'm sure she'll be understanding and more lenient about your capabilities. You didn't finish your masters degree but you did get your business degree, I'm sure that counts for something. But to answer your question you'd be her assistant or receptionist, although I'm not sure which. On the bright side, those or fairly easy jobs." He assured.
The party was at her house, I wasn't expecting something small but I wasn't expecting this lavish ass mansion either.

"Damn" I mumbled looking around as we walked inside. "What does she even look like" I asked turning around only to see Ty staring at some half naked broad. "Nigga" I said hitting him in his chest "Fuck you hit me for?" He mugged finally snapping back to reality. "I said what does that Beyoncé chick look like" I replied mugging his short ass back. "She's light skinned, with greenish hazel eyes. She's probably with Kelly or Nicki. If you see them you'll probably find her." He said before pausing "Now if you need me, don't. Cause' ima go try and fuck with shorty over there" he said walking towards ole girl. I looked around taking in my surroundings, looking for Nicki since she's my best bet. After walking around for about twenty minutes with no luck I decided to just ask someone if they seen her. "Excuse me" I said tapping the woman next to me. I immediately froze when she turned around. Shorty caught me off guard but I'll give her props, she's bad as hell.
