Bey's Pov

"Damn it, Benji!" I Yelled, this mfer had peed on my brand new silk bedsheets. I swear I'm gonna put this damn dog on the porch and leave him there.
I've had Benji for about three months and he has this weird ass habit of getting in my bed at night and falling asleep right above my head. I'm gonna start closing my door cause' peeing in my bed and shedding all this damn dog hair ain't it.
After putting my sheets in the wash I started my morning routine. You know, hygiene first, then hair and makeup, lastly getting dressed.

I made my way into the kitchen trying to decide whether or not I wanted to make myself a small breakfast of some sort

I made my way into the kitchen trying to decide whether or not I wanted to make myself a small breakfast of some sort. "This some damn bullshit" I said looking into my refrigerator. I got three eggs, some stale bread, a bottle of wine, and a few water bottles. I really need to take my ass grocery shopping, ASAP.
I was snapped out of my thoughts by Benji barking at me. "I guess I should feed you, right?" I asked him before getting his food and water bowl and filling them both. He stared at the food then back at me, "What?" I said as if he was going to answer. Then this little motherfucker slowly lifted his leg and pissed on my porcelain tiled floor. This lil nigga had the audacity to make eye contact with me while he did it too.
"BENJI, WHAT THE FUCK" I Screamed as he ran off. I am beyond outdone right now. I looked at the stove clock and noticed it was now 7:45. Great, now I'm late. I quickly cleaned up his mess before making sure his ass was in the backyard. By the time I made it to my garage and into my brand new corvette the clock read 8:10. My father is about to chew my ass out about being late. Oh well, I'm still stopping by Starbucks.
I was blasting Lauryn Hill's song, "Superstar", when this 2009 ass Corolla cut me off. I got a good look at the driver, this ugly ass, camel looking mfer damn near hit my car. I switched lanes so that I was beside him, "WATCH IT ASSHOLE, THIS CAR COSTS WAY MORE THAN THAT OLD ASS TINCAN YOU CALL A CAR" I yelled out the window. I politely smiled then flicked his ass off proceeding to speed off. Let me take my ass to work before I catch a damn case.

"Bitch" I mumbled as the corvette sped off

"Bitch" I mumbled as the corvette sped off.
"Ooh, Daddy cursed!" My four year old, Laila said.
"I'm sorry, babygirl. I just got a little mad" I explained pulling up to my best friend TyTy's house. He watches my kids while I work long shifts at a car shop. My boss let me know yesterday that he had to let me go by the end of the month. So I had until then to get my shit together. It's bad enough we had to sleep at Ty's house. Ever since we got evicted my kids have stayed there, I'd be fine out on the streets but my kids deserved better than that. About two months ago I put my pride aside and accepted TyTy's invitation to stay as long as I needed.
"Uncle Ty!" Khalil and Taj yelled hugging him. They loved staying here mainly because Ty was a big ass kid himself. "Nephews!" TyTy said with the same energy. "Y'all can go eat, I made breakfast" he said as the kids took off running inside.
"Thanks man, I really appreciate it. When I get paid I'm gonna try to pay you for real" I said meaning every word. Me and ty grew up together, we were basically brothers. He worked from home so that somebody could watch my kids, he makes sure that they're good regardless, from buying them clothes and toys to feeding them everyday. Of course I always try to do it myself, but he always tells me to save up my checks so I can get a place of my own and a new car. Sometimes I think they're better off with him. "It's no problem, we're family. You ain't gotta pay me, save that money for something else" he said. "Ight man, I get off around seven so I'll be back by 7:30 ish" I said heading to my car. Something needs to give, the pay at this job is shit and the kids are growing. It's almost October now so it's getting cold. They're gonna need boots, coats, gloves, and a bunch of other stuff I can't afford and I'd hate to put that burden on Ty. I pushed all that out of my mind as I started up my car and headed to work.
