" The doctor explained "but I for one am also worried about you Mr. Agreste, you have a sprained wrist a few bruised ribs, and a fractured arm. You should let's us help you as well, " The doctor said "I can't leave her sir, I almost lost her today and she's everything to me. " Adrien said expecting the doctor to demand that he receive treatment for his injuries "I understand Adrien I love my fiance more than anything and would stay with him no matter how injured he was, " this surprised him how did she know who he was, I mean sure he was a famous model and the youngest millionaire in Paris but she was talking to him as if they had meat before but then he noticed the ring on her finger and recognized the girl as he old fencing partner "Kagami? " he asked "I know you two we're more then just friends, " she said giving him a bright smile "to be fair, I was an oblivious idiot back when we're in school together, " Adrien said almost laughing at himself for not recognizing her earlier. "I think the oblivious part never went away, " she joked "hey I'm not that bad, " he said teasing back "can I see her? " he asked sounding serious again "of course I was actually going to clear her for visitors, " Kagami said letting her friend step into his wife's room "thanks and it was really good to see you again, " Adrien said to her "you to, " she said smiling and then left him alone.

Marinette was very drowsy and still a bit shaken up from what happened, but that didn't stop her from holding her children like they wete more precious then gold, even though she couldn't see them. "Their so beautiful Marinette, " Tikki said nuzzling into her owners hair, "what do they look like Tikki I want to know? " Marinette asked "well their both beautiful just like mother, " Adrien said making his presence known "Adrien my kitty, I heard you got hurt are you alright? " she asked trying to find his hand, but he grabbed it in a matter of seconds "I'll be fine milady I process, besides you know this cat has nine lives. " He joked causing Marinette to laugh "yep your definitely okay, " she said smiling
"What should we name them? " Adrien asked "well the doctor told me that we have a boy and a girl so for my little prince I'm going to name him Hugo, and for my little girl her name will be Emma. " Marinette answered kissing them both on the forehead "do you wanna hold them Adrien? " she asked "I would love to my queen , " he answered gently taking them both and crying tears of joy. "Hello my little ones I'm going to do all I can to protect you two and your mother, " Adrien said tearfully and the twins both made cooing noises at him. "I can't see anything Adrien but I can tell that they already love you my kitty, " Marinette said resting her exhausted self on her husbands shoulder much like she had done a decade ago when she they we're both still in high school.
