Getting tangled and hanging upside down from some of the ropes on the mast. Not a good way for Kasper to start his morning. He heard a chuckle and looked in the direction it came from, seeing Vicktor walking towards him. "Morning Kasper," he greeted. Kasper sighed and smiled softly "Good morning Vicktor." He said. The blonde smiled at him "Would you like some help getting down from there?" He asked, although already knowing the answer. Kasper nodded "Yes please,". Vicktor laughed and unsheathed his sword, cutting the ropes which led to Kasper falling and landing on his back. The black haired male groaned as he stood "Well that was graceful," Vicktor laughed "Don't worry about it mate," the blonde assured him.
Kasper walked up to Leon, Vicktor by his side. Something that was becoming very common between the two. The red head smiled at the two of them "Hey you two," he greeted warmly. Vicktor smiled and looked at the horizon in front of them "How is the situation looking?" He asked. Leon crossed his arms "Well, there looks to be a rather large storm heading towards us. But I know a certain place we can dock and stay while it passes." Leon said, sending a smirk to his captain. Vicktor sighed and took his hat off of his head, setting his face in his hands "Set a course for Medalani." He said walking away. Kasper looked at Leon in confusion "Medalani?" He asked. Leon chuckled "It's a small island where us pirates can go rest for a bit of time." He explained. Kasper nodded "Then why on earth did Vicktor look so annoyed at it?" He asked once more. Leon gave a laugh "Just because of one individual in particular." He told him.
A couple hours after that, the crew reached the shore of the small island called Medalani. Leon laughed as he and some of the others threw down the anchor "Oi, Vick! Take a look!". The blonde captain looked at the ship the navigator had nodded his head towards, giving a heavy sigh when he read the name, Red Crow. "Kasper! Follow me!" He called out. Kasper nearly dropped his father's journal, for he was reading it once more. He looked at the captain and nodded.
The crew walked onto the island and Vicktor led them to a tavern. Vicktor looked at Kasper and nodded his head towards the bar, a sign for the black haired boy to follow. Kasper nodded and followed him. They approached a dark skinned woman with black curly hair. Vicktor smiled "Hello Beastie," He said. The woman turned and had a rather big smile on her face "Ah, 'ello cap'n. How're you doing young lad?" The woman asked. Vicktor smiled softly "Just fine. Beastie, there is someone I want you to meet." He said stepping aside and motioned towards Kasper, who had been standing behind him the entire time "Beastie, meet Kasper Hirasen." He said. The woman laughed "Ol Hirasen! I haven't 'eard that name in ages! You must be Tom's son my young lad!". Kasper smiled and nodded. Vicktor chuckled softly "Kas, this is Lorelai, captain of the Red Crow. Or, as I call her, Beastie.". Kasper looked into Lorelai's black eyes and smiled "It's a pleasure to meet you, Captain Lorelai." He said. Lorelai stood and approached Kasper, taking his hands into hers with a soft sigh, smile on her face "My God, you look so much like your father." She told him. Kasper chuckled "Thank you, I guess. That isn't something I hear very often," He replied.
Lorelai looked at Vicktor "So, whaddya say cap'n? Wanna have a drink?" She asked. Vicktor smiled but shook his head "Not this time Beastie, although it is tempting. I need to ask you something." He said, suddenly serious. Lorelai also noticed his sudden shift in tone, as she gave him a side glance while taking a drink of her rum, sitting down. "No, I haven't seen 'im lad. Last I knew of that retched bastard was bout four months ago." She said, setting her chin in the palm of her hand. "But," She grinned "If you wanna go 'n look for 'im. I'd be more than willing to help ya. I still owe your father for him saving my ship all those years back," She said, taking another drink "Where is the old man anyway, lad?" She asked. A laugh came from behind Kasper, and he turned to see Sebastian standing there. "You ain't much younger than I, Lorelai." He told her. Lorelai laughed "There's the man! Sebastian, 'ow are you old friend?". Sebastian sat next to her and motioned to one of the bar maidens for a drink "As well as an old bastard like myself can be. Especially you're stuck with a damn limp for the rest of your God forsaken life," He replied in a bitter tone. Lorelai slapped his shoulder "Oh shut up! If it weren't fer ya taking that bullet to your leg, your son wouldn't be standin 'ere today." She scolded. Sebastian chuckled and looked at the blonde, giving a soft smile "yeah, at least something good came out of that day." He said.
