Chapter 5

Todoroki's POV

  Well, today has certainly been... eventful. After being stumbled upon by some fishermen and explaining what had happened. My crew and I had been delivered to a palace of some kind. Apparently, according to what information I had gathered from the plethora of servants lying around we were waiting for the King and Queen's decision on what is to be done about our current predicament. Though I'm sure no violent or unpleasant measures will be taken, I do suspect that they are suspicious about me being royalty.

"H-hey um Shoto?" I'm suddenly broken from my thoughts as the uncertain voice belonging to my friend (and sometimes lover) Midoriya filled my ears. "Yes, Midoriya what is it?" "How much longer do you think we'll have to wait before we're let go?" It was a valid question we've been here for a few hours... "Hmm, I don't know Midoriya." "Oh..." I could hear the dismay in his voice. I was about to comfort him when suddenly- "FOR FUCKS SAKE IF I OPEN THAT DOOR AND DEKU OR ICY HOT IS INSIDE I'M GOING TO BURN THIS PLACE TO THE GROUND!" "BAKUGOU NO!" "BAKUGOU YES!"

I immediately recognized those voices and I knew there was no way I misheard one of them being called Bakugou by the other. Which can only mean one thing... waiting in this room was about to get a lot less boring.

Narrator's POV

A loud slam filled the room as Bakugou busted through the door a ticked-off expression evident on his face. Taking a quick scan around the room his eyes landed on the two people he didn't want to see "GOD DAMN IT!" "Oh, what did you not want to see us? I'm hurt really." Sarcasm dripping in Shoto's voice "You tryna to pick a fight IcyHot?!" "H-He was just joking around Kachan no need to get violent!" Midoriya said hastily trying to prevent a brawl from breaking out. They were already literally at each other's throats with Bakugou towering over Todoroki.

The others watched as the two bantered back and forth, insults being thrown left and right, till somehow the topic went from berating each other, to you. "Well, you know what IcyHot? Unlike you, I got escorted here PERSONALLY by the princess herself!" Bakugou said smugly, a light blush appeared on his face as he thought of her but quickly shook it off. Now that caught everyone's attention. 

 "Is she hot?" Denki chirped, suddenly very invested in the conversation. "Wah-? WHAT THE HELL KIND OF QUESTION IS THAT?!" Bakugou fumed jealousy beginning to bubble within him. "A very important one... soooooo is she?" "Yeah," Denki was grabbed by the throat and slammed into a nearby wall... Bakugou leaned in and spoke into Denki's ear making sure only he heard him... "And if you even try to take her away from me," Denki's eyes clenched shut us the grip around his throat tightened... "I'll fucking tear you apart limb by limb!" Bakugou sneered throwing the now terrified Denki to a very concerned Mina. 

No one understood why Bakugou was so angry about Denki's question. Sure the question was inappropriate but inappropriate questions were Denki's thing. It wasn't long until the reason for Bakugou's outburst became clear, as the naive beauty known as Y/N entered the room to welcome her new guests. Not even realizing that stepping foot in that room had set her fate in stone. Life would never be the same, blood would be shed, betrayal was inevitable, and crimes of passion would run rampant in the kingdom.

For you see they had discovered something deep within themselves upon seeing you...

Something new, something that had been hiding in the darkest corners of their being...
