They return to their seats. Questions in their mind. Aizawa has already pieced things together but he still has questions. Jade is both Void and Python, but he also is friends with the detective on his case, who may know that Jade is Void? He groans and rubs his head, earning looks from Yamada. "None of this makes sense."
The school called off so that they could update the security system, which gave the students time off to work through their trauma—well the Class A anyway. Their teacher is hurt and they went through a lot. Other classes got out due to the fact it was to keep the kids from getting in the way of the new updates.
Midoriya sits in Detective Tsukauchi's office. The boy is there like always, mostly to hang out or to help organize old case files, this time is a little different. He sits there with a smile on his lips, typing away in the keyboard. ". . . can't drink. I wonder how their body takes in nutrients."
Midoriya stares and narrows his eyes at the scene in suspicion before humming. It seems that he still does this in any timeline.
On the screen, the view of a person's file was on.
Name: unknown.
Alias: Abyss.
Quirk: Void."Void is the absence of something. This person's absence is their face. A man with a hole in their face. No eyes, mouth, nose—just a hole."
"That's freaky. How do they eat and breathe and see?"
Everyone shrugs. "Probably the same way that Kurogiri does," answers Midoriya. "A couple of users like that have certain diets. Due to their unique appearance, they might have to be fed through a type of tube."
The person's picture is on file and it shows what Midoriya has said.
Naomasa nods with a contemplative hum as he works on a report. "Yes, he is the head of a yakuza which specializes in human trafficking, such as organs and sex slavery."
A lot of people have strong opinions on that. Mineta frowns in disgust at all of that. "That's gross. How can people do that?"
Midoriya scrunches his nose in disgust. "He's not our guy," he says. "People are disgusting." He shrugs. "I guess, that's all human can be." His vibrant green eyes slide to the side, glancing to out of the window and into the rest of the station. He watches people work doing reports, bringing in criminals, interrogating suspects. "Just a world full of good, evil, and the gray line. Too bad the people on the gray line are looked upon with suspicion and hate."
"Jade has a way with words. I believe our Midoriya does as well if he was more confident." Tokoyami looks at Midoriya who blushes and looks away. Tokoyami smiles to himself, knowing that it's true. He wonders if one day, they'd be able to see his confidence outside of a battle.
"Izuku, you should get going." Naomasa gives him a grin. "If your mom calls, I'll tell her you're still with me and I'll send you a text."
"Going where? This makes no sense!"
"We know, Mina. We know."
A nod and grin is sent in response. The playfulness they share shows how close they are. It's almost like watching a father and son who have no problems—a happy family. "Thanks, Detective." He makes his way out of the station and waves at the officers. He has a skip in his step, heading out.
