Izumi starts to remember everything that everyone has done and said to her. All the bullying and people putting her down.

"That's what happened to you back there." All Might shouts. "Young lady, you can become a hero!"

Y/N looks to see Izumi kneeling down and crying.

"Would you be my successor and inherit my power?" All Might asks, which causes both Y/N and Izumi to stop.

"What!?" Y/N and Izumi ask.

"What the hell is he talking about? Quirks can't be transferred." Y/N thinks to himself while staring with a shocked and confused expression on his face.

"What's with the weird faces!?" All Might asks while laughing. "I am asking whether or not, young lady, if you would like to inherit my power!"

"Your power?" Izumi asks while wiping off her tears.

"You can't mean your quirk right? You can't just give someone else your quirk? Right?" Y/N says while confused. "There's been nothing heard of where you can take or give quirks..."

"You are partially correct young man. You see, I can give someone else my quirk." All Might says in a serious tone. "In all my interviews I always dodge questions about my quirk. The Symbol of Peace had to have been a natural-born hero right? Wrong. My quirk was passed down to me!"

"I-it was p-passed down to you?" Izumi questions.

"All Might was originally quirkless!?" Y/N exclaims to himself before staring at the Symbol of Peace with even more shock.

"Yes, now young lady, I would like for you to be the new user." All Might says.

"W-wait, it's true that your power is a mystery, people have speculated *mumble* *mumble*" Izumi continues mumbling.

"Young lady! I can assure you that I am not lying. I am able to transfer my power, this quirk that I received is called One for All." All Might declares.

"One for All..." Izumi whispers.

"This quirk cultivates the power from the first user then passes onto another user, and so on. It is a network of unimaginable power!" All Might says. "You see, I have been on the search for a successor! When I saw you, a timid, quirkless girl run into action I knew you were the one! Now, do you accept?"

"I-I accept!" Izumi shouts.

Y/N just smiles at seeing Izumi's luck changing for the better before realizing something. "He said the power gets cultivated from each generation... meaning... Izumi will be more powerful than All Might!"

"Now may I get the names of you two?" All Might asks.

"Midoriya Izumi!" Izumi shouts.

"Y/N." Y/N says.
